I spoke to Randy and we discussed the estimate provided by BMW, he said the estimate was actually fair price from the dealership. In addition, I discussed with him that I wanted to sell the car. He provided unbelievable kind, truthful advice. Its so refreshing to deal with a person/ business that is so helpful without a gain or profit. I never write reviews, but this was a must. Randy was so kind. I will be using Bimmer if there in the future without question.
