  This was my first visit as I’ve previously taken my ‘21 X5 xdrive 40i to the dealership and wanted to give AZ Bimmer a try. The reviews I’ve read online have been excellent. I wanted to get serviced at a quality independent shop and stop paying dealer prices. The shop was very clean and the technician was efficient and professional. I only waited a short time for an oil service and air filter replacement. Randy kept me updated and it was super easy to get an appointment. I’m planning to return for transmission fluid replacement and front/rear diffs maintenance instead of following the factory recommended long intervals and this shop fits the need. I will definitely be back!

  I’ve mostly been taking my 2015 X3 s28i to the Mesa location. I recently made an appointment at the Scottsdale location to get a second opinion on a valve cover replacement at 98k miles. I pulled in on a busy day for them, but they checked out my car right away (I live in Goodyear). In 20 minutes they were able to tell me I didn’t need any work. Not only is their mechanical work fantastic work, they’ll only do what’s necessary. I appreciate how confident they are in their opinions. In three years of taking my car there for scheduled and non-scheduled service, they’ve never been wrong. Thanks Randy and James!

  I recently took my 2020 BMW X5 to Arizona Bimmer to have the upper oil pan gasket replaced, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The technical work was top-notch—the leak is completely resolved, and the car is running perfectly. However, what really sets this shop apart is the level of professionalism and communication. Randy and his entire staff provide the kind of customer service that is rare in the automotive industry. They were transparent about the process, kept me updated, and treated my vehicle with great care.   Randy at the front desk made my visit. He was kind, respectful, and clearly knows his stuff. When my situation didn’t quite fit what they could do, he didn’t just send me off on my way . He took the time to suggest other options that actually matched what I needed. That kind of honesty and helpfulness from the head team lead is rare. Five stars for Randy alone.
