  Best brakes plus place in San tan valley that I’ve ever been to they did the job right and helped out with my oil change I recommend people coming here Hailey Jeremy the birthday boy and Eddie were all super helpful and sweet. If you guys don’t know where to go to get better service come here they will help u the best way they can ever my car never felt better with the alignment and issues fixed for my car and helped check everything to the brakes. I will definitely come back again and tell my friends to go here for sure if they help with their car for sure please don’t go anywhere else for an alignment I learned the hard way !!

  Brakes Plus has genuinely made oil changes one of the most pleasant appointments on my calendar! I never hesitate to bring my car here because the entire team consistently provides such a wonderful experience. The staff is welcoming and professional, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the pricing is very reasonable. I especially want to recognize Mark, who has helped me on numerous visits. He is incredibly kind, personable, and always a pleasure to interact with. I've also had the opportunity to work with other team members, and they've been equally fantastic. Above all, what keeps me coming back is the trust I have in this team. It's such a great feeling knowing my car is in good hands and that I'll be treated with honesty, kindness, and respect. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Mark and the entire Brakes Plus team, for consistently making what could be a routine chore such a positive experience.   Right off the get go when I walk in my guy Eddie was very friendly, professional, and quick to help me out. Extremely impressed with the attitude and care he puts into his job. Will definitely be back again and will become a repeat customer because of Eddie. The mechanic was great as well, very fast, professional in all aspects, and had me leaving feeling my vehicle was well taken care of. Thanks fellas!

  I called Brakes Plus to schedule an appointment for my 2000 Ford F-150. I explained that I wanted the vehicle inspected because I wanted to know how everything was looking, and I also knew there was an issue with the A/C. I was under the impression that both the general inspection and A/C inspection were free, based on Brakes Plus advertising and the information on their website. At no point during the phone call was I told there would be a charge for the inspection or A/C inspection. I dropped the truck off for the appointment. I explained the A/C issue I was experiencing, hoping that information would help them identify the problem. I was not told at drop-off that there would be a charge for the A/C inspection or any diagnostic work. I was told the inspection would take approximately 1½ hours. Instead the inspection took about 3½ hours. I eventually received a call saying the vehicle was ready. During that call, they went over the issues they had found. I explained that I was not ready to authorize any repairs because I needed some time to prepare for them. I arrived approximately 30 minutes after receiving the call. When I arrived, the truck was still on the lift and had not been brought down. I waited approximately another 30 minutes for them to bring it down and park it outside. Once the vehicle was ready, I went inside to check out. The cashier entered information into the computer and then told me: "Okay, so your total today is going to be $175." I was surprised because I believed the inspection, including the A/C inspection, was free. I did not refuse to pay; I simply asked what the $175 charge was for, because nobody had told me beforehand that I would be charged for the inspection or A/C inspection. The cashier stated it was for the A/C inspection and the manager was standing directly next to the cashier at this point. Instead of explaining the charge to me, the manager just told the cashier: "Use my code, give $30 off." I again explained that I would pay whatever I legitimately owed, but I still did not understand what I was being charged for because I had understood the inspection to be free. The manager did not explain the charge to me or otherwise address my question. Instead, he immediately went to the computer and made an adjustment. He then left. The cashier subsequently told me: "Okay, so you are all good. There's no charge for you today. We pride ourselves on our customer service and are very sorry for not disclosing it prior." I was given my paperwork and left without paying anything. After reviewing the paperwork the final invoice given to me shows an A/C service charge of $124.98 and a $20 Schrader valve replacement, with an A/C service coupon of -$144.98, resulting in a $0.00 total. My concern is that I was initially presented with a $175 charge for services I believed were advertised as free, without anyone informing me beforehand that there would be a charge or obtaining my authorization for paid A/C service, and when I asked for an explanation, the charge was first discounted and then completely removed without the manager ever explaining what the charge was.
