  I had a wonderful experience at Brakes Plus. Mark and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, honest, and professional. I came in with several repairs that needed to be done, and instead of pressuring me into fixing everything at once, they took the time to explain what was most important and helped me prioritize the repairs based on what I could realistically afford. I truly appreciated their honesty and understanding. On top of that, I had my 5-year-old daughter with me, and Mark went out of his way to make her feel comfortable by giving her crayons and a small toy to help pass the time. That simple act of kindness meant a lot and made our visit so much easier. It's hard to find an auto shop that treats people with such respect and genuinely cares about their customers. I left feeling informed, not pressured, and confident that I was making the right decisions for my vehicle. I highly recommend Mark and the entire team at Brakes Plus and will definitely be returning for future service.

  Jeremy at Brakes Plus couldn’t have been more professional! He went above and beyond helping my wife when our AC compressor needed to be replaced. Helped out with all other issues we had during our service! We had been going to them for the last year and a half and they are nothing short of excellent! Thank you to Jeremy and everyone at the Hunt Highway Brakes Plus location!

  Brought my car in for a brake system check up due to noise and vibration from glazing, and because the wife needed a second opinion for safety assurance. They let me take my tech Bubb on a test drive and gave me an honest appraisal, at no cost. Great job Heilei and crew!

  Got my brake pads and rotors replaced on the front because I knew brake pads were old. They took me back to show me the rotors and explained why they needed to be replaced just so I knew I didn’t have to take their word for it (I had no doubts but it was nice just the same!). Honest and helpful people, Mark and Haley were great. Thank you so much!

  Not pleased at all and wondering if they intentionally try to bait and switch senior citizens. Came in for an oil change, but after the safety inspection was upgraded to another service. I was there roughly 2 hours and spent almost $1000 on an old ladies 8 year old car. When I asked for the old part and to explain the price so I could better understand-an employee named Hailey became highly combative. She claimed the old part was "already sent back" the exact moment the new one arrived, preventing us from inspecting it. When I asked if the $240/hr labor rate was posted anywhere, she claimed "no one posts their labor rates." When I asked if they charge different customers different rates, she literally said "yes," caught herself, changed her mind, told me she didn't have to talk to me, and walked off. Completely unprofessional, hostile, and hiding something. Avoid this place at all costs! I have been there before and everyone was nice but this time there are too many red flags. Beware senior citizens - they will make you think your car is unsafe and then charge you $240/hr in labor costs.
