Absolutely AMAZING service! I cannot say enough good things about Brakes Plus! Everyone was incredibly friendly, honest, helpful, and professional. Their prices on brakes beat everyone else I looked at in the area, and they were able to resurface my rotors instead of replacing them, which saved me a TON of money! A HUGE shoutout to Ella! She is absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me over the phone, explained my options, and made sure I knew there was a possibility to save money. Thanks to Ella letting me know they could resurface my rotors, I saved a significant amount of money! She turned what was a really stressful situation into such a relief, and I cannot thank her enough for that. The service was fast, the prices were fantastic, and the people were even better! It’s so refreshing to find a business that is honest, treats people well, and genuinely looks out for their customers instead of just trying to take their money. Thank you, Ella, and everyone at Brakes Plus! You have absolutely earned my trust and my business. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for the other services my car needs soon! If you’re looking for honest people, great service, and amazing prices, I HIGHLY recommend this Brakes Plus location!

Very sad that I have to do this, I’ve always loved this place but they changed their “service” over making money, it’s now make money and care about service after . I called to get ky A/C fixed, got put down for a 2pm appt, got their at 2 , called at 4 “they’re just bringing your car back” ok two hours late. They call back and tell me it’s $1,000 to get 10 other things fixed on my car so my A/C will work. I kept asking how much to just fix the A/C and they start talking about lug nuts! Like what happened? Just want my A/C fixed, “well we gotta fix this belt and that belt and it’ll be over $1000! Thanks but no thanks! Used to love this place!
