  Excellent service, Michael was extremely polite and helpful, explained everything to us that went on with the car. They had very reasonable prices, and even coupons online.

  After installing a 1" level and camber bolts on my 2022 F-150 Raptor I went to several different alignment shops and we could just not get the steering wheel perfectly centered no matter what I did. Brakes plus was finally the place that got alignment all in spec and steering wheel perfectly centered to satisfy my OCD. Brandon the alignment technician was super cool and professional and put my truck on the rack a few times and test drove with me to get it absolutely perfect with no complaints. Definitely don't hesitate to go here for an alignment. They also have the good Hunter machine for alignments and seem like good honest techs.

  Finally, I think I found an HONEST mechanic shop that worked on my vehicle. They completed brake service job & did not lie about needing my rear brake pads changed. Saved me money. Then she explained how they do the inspection. Didn't lie and say I needed this replaced or that repaired, like other shops I've been to. I will be returning to them for all services they provide. Keep up the EXCELLENT work guys great INTEGRITY= LOYALTY which usually have from me.

  Amazing customer service! They did the inspection quickly and gave me quality information on what was needed with my car. Was very thankful to be given clear direction and explanations of what we needed to get done. Did not feel pressured to use their services and again, was give such quality information that I knew we would get taken great care of! Ella and Joey were awesome and so helpful. Happy to find a place that we’ll be going to for all our services! Not to mention, prices seemed to be unmatched compared to competitors prices near the area. Nothing but good things to say!

  We used to go to Brakes Plus in Gilbert and always had good experiences, so when we moved to San Tan Valley, we switched to the closer location. For about three years, everything was fine for routine maintenance. Then my husband’s Volkswagen had an EPC light come on. An employee named Kyle assured us he knew exactly what the issue was and said he was the best person to handle it because he also owned a Volkswagen. We were quoted $3,000 for the repair, and we agreed. Not long after, the same issue came back. We brought it in again and were told we needed new spark plugs for an additional $600. We agreed. Again, the issue returned. When we brought it back a third time, we were told nothing was wrong, despite the problem clearly continuing. At that point, we went to the Gilbert location for a second opinion, and instead of helping, both locations pointed fingers at each other. At this point, we were $3,600 in with no resolution. We were stuck and had no money left to keep chasing the problem, so we lived with it for about a year. Eventually, we reached out again and spoke with the manager. We were extremely frustrated and, admittedly, that came through in our conversation. But after hearing everything and looking into it, he was honest with us. He shared that Kyle had been let go due to suspicious behavior, which we appreciated. He didn’t have to tell us that. From there, Jeremy stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He fixed the issue at no cost to us, coordinated with the Volkswagen dealership, and even test-drove the car extensively to make sure everything was truly resolved. Jeremy deserves five stars on his own. Unfortunately, because of the time, stress, and money we lost getting to that point, we can’t give an overall five-star rating, and we likely won’t return.
