The personnel were extremely nice and went way àbove and beyond the call of duty to fix my problem. They jumped right on the situation and got the problem fixed in a couple of hours. A big thanks!

Service advisors gave amazing customer service seeing that my car was taken right in and diagnosed quickly and mechanic was also very nice and thoroughly explained what was going on with my car . I would recommend highly as they are very professional and had my car back on the road the very next morning.

My vehicle had issues with several light warning that turned on while driving in a rain storm. The check engine light did not turn off. I contacted the Safford Horne dealership and they were able to assist me the next day fixing my jeep. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Thank you

G Burress ,the new Service Writer, gave us excellent service. The work done by Vaughn was also great. Service also added air to all my tires even though I was not there for any tire service. I sure appreciated it.

They did an excellent job fixing my Jeep . They were knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. They explained what was wrong, and got the job done in a timely manner. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I’m very happy with the service I received. My Jeep is running great, and I will definitely be bringing it back for any future repairs. Thank you for the great work and excellent customer service!
