- CMChris McCarroll1 day ago1.0Very disappointed. They covered the hood of my truck with oil. Their dirty grimy uniforms wiped dirty oil all over the front vehicle. Then I opened the hood and found black hand prints all over my engine bay. I have seen techs spill oil and make less of a mess. Probably ruined my paint. Probably should start talking to a lawyer. They were busy. I waited over an hour. Maybe close to two. I get they were dirty and in a hurry. But didn’t even try to wipe it off. Intentionally got my car filthy and couldn’t even try to clean up their mess. They are normally better. I’m very disappointed.
- MMMishi La Motte6 days ago5.0Nicholas was so helpful and he educated us a lot on everything I need to keep up with for my maintenance. He was super genuine and kind and is very passionate about his work and has a strong love for cars. He stayed an hour after he was off to help everything move quicker which highlights his strong work ethic. Lots of love for this dude!
- TKTerrence S. KnightOct 4, 20265.0Jess was phenomenal! Her customer service was top-notch. She was attentive to my vehicle's needs. I was also offered water during the process. Great location!
- LML McCormickSep 22, 20265.0I was highly satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly, were helpful without being pushy, and made sure I knew what was being done to my vehicle. The service was fast, and I really appreciated how welcoming and efficient everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes.
- SISylvia InzunzaSep 16, 20265.0Very friendly, fast, with so much detail and also helped me in reattaching bottom cover plate under can that was dragging and fell loose. Joe Ryan and Jess went above and beyond even though I drove in 20 minutes before closing time and still greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be coming back to this location because I always get this kind of nice friendly service.
