  I want to give huge kudos for the help I received today. The oil change itself was quick and everyone was super friendly. However, not long after we left our battery died and car would not start. We were not far away getting a haircut so I walked over back to Valvoline since we could not find anyone to give us a jump. I did not catch him name, but it be of the Valvoline employees grabbed a battery jump box and walked back with me to our car. We got it started and he offered to test battery for me confirming it was bad. He could have taken opportunity of situation and tried to sell me a battery, but he pointed out that my current battery was probably still under warranty which I agreed. I appreciate the service I received today and will definitely be back for other services in future when needed.

  Valvoline techs are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. ALWAYS a thorough explanation of what is being done, as well as what is recommended. Valvoline has been taking great care of my 16 year old Mitsubishi for YEARS.

  I was in here a few days ago after replacing my radiator in another queen creek mechanic that I wouldn't recommend. The right side of my van was hot and my engine overheating. After getting aggravated for the last time of the overheating, I check myself. The guys at valvoline changed my air filter and cracked the clamps that closes the compartment of the air filter. They didn't say a word about it. I sealed it with zip ties and sure enough im getting air flow to my engine and my AC is even colder than it was after leaving there. Now men will argue with women about mechanics yet here I trusted men to do their jobs and as a woman had to find ans fix the problem myself, a problem aan created and said nothing about. Pretty typical. Beware going. Take a picture of your hood opened before going here. Cause I can't prove they broke it but they did and they know it. Disappointing since I travel the country for work using g my vehicle and always take it to valvoline in any state. I'll beware of arizona valvoline and mechanics, very sad to be this shady but it's a red state huh
