  "Initially left a positive review under pressure at the counter, but updating now for accuracy. While the physical work was completed, I was heavily overcharged on parts markup. Initially was expecting to pay around $800, They billed me $68.99 per quart for transmission fluid (well above dealership retail) and claimed the 'angle of the transmission' meant it required a full 9-quart capacity fill for a basic pan drop—which is mechanically inaccurate. I had to dispute the bill to get $200 knocked off. Keep an eye on your itemized invoices here. Another shop I spoke too, said the quarts were price at $33. I blame myself though for not requesting a quote 1st but when they agree the price would land around $800 you expect to pay that. Not $1200 after discount. Women be cautious. ⚠️ >

  I had a repair completed on my truck here about 8 years ago. They charged me thousands for a full transmission repair. Recently, my transmission gave out again and I took it to a shop that specializes in transmission up north. They informed me there was never a rebuild completed on the car and the people at this shop instead put a “patch” on my transmission. Kinda crappy because they charged me for a full rebuild. *response to owner Thanks, yes it was rebuilt in 2015. The transmission gave out again in 2021. After only 30k miles. The thousands I’m referring to is the add ons you said were needed. rear main seal(truck still leaked after) then the rear differential job that also leaked. I’m sure you have those visits in your system too. I had to go back probably 3 or 4 different times and the truck still never ran right. Anyways, thanks for the response. Just letting others know my experience.

  These guys absolutely suck. They are rude, arrogant and don’t follow through on their warranty. They screwed up my jeep transmission, tried to blame it on APA auto then on my jeeps computer , and then we had it redone by Philips transmission who did it right and far better and even proved their mechanics were at fault. No one else. Avoid these guys like an STD!!!

  We took our truck here for a second opinion after we were told we needed a $7200 transmission from another shop. Personally I’ve never herd of a transmission that expensive. These guys took the time to do things right. All we needed was a new battery and a few other minor things. All said and done they saved us over $6000! Their price was very fair, they were honest and have a life long customer now. I highly recommend this shop.
