  Jeep owners know the frustrations with cracked windshield issues especially if you drive the freeways here in AZ. I am glad my insurance covers replacement and works with Safelite auto glass. The technician that replaced my windshield last week did a great job, showed up on time, polite and was done with the replacement and calibration in no time! He did a great job and was very professional. Hopefully I won’t need to call them back anytime soon, but if so they are the first ones I would call! I strongly recommend Safelite Auto Glass!

  I had my windshield replaced, they came to my house I did not have to do anything. It was great. I appreciate it very much.

  Safelite AutoGlass do a perfect job and my insurance covered it 100%. Very pleased with the installation. I recommend you visit there store for installation.

  I brought my car into the shop on 6/20 for a windshield replacement and they also replaced the visor tint strip on the car. Upon picking up the car the tint strip was dotted with several dozen small bubbles. I went back into the office and asked to have somebody come look at them and after trying to press one of the biggest bubbles out unsuccessfully I said I didn’t want to have tint with a bunch of bubbles and I was told “If you’re not happy with it we can take the tint strip off and you can take it somewhere else that you’re more confident in.” No offer to redo it or correct their poor work, just “take it somewhere else” The other suggestion was to just wait to see if the bubbles went away which I know that won’t just magically happen. Now I have to do the work on my own to find somewhere else to get the tint done, pay out of pocket to get it replaced, and then contact my insurance company to get reimbursed. Do not go here if you need any tint work done, they’ll just give you a run around and not fix their bad work as they should.

  Gave me the run around between their shop and the dealership with wrong information. Wasted my time and as a bonus hung up on me when I told them how they messed up. I rescheduled with a local company, who showed up at my house, exchanged the windshield in about 60 minutes, re calibrated the camera of the car without any problems, giving me horrible customer service or any kind of run around. Stay away from this location if you want to save yourself a lot of time and headaches.
