  Repairman arrived on time. He was very polite, answered all my questions and cleaned up the area before leaving. Very satisfied. This is the 2nd time we needed to have safelite come out. 1st time was in Indiana at our home there and now here in AZ. Very dependable and so easy because they come to you!

  Once again, I only rate when the service is Stellar. From scheduling the appointment to service completion top shelf six stars if I can give it, my Tech Raymond was a pleasure, efficient, professional, highly skilled and an asset to Safelite my territory.

  The process was easy enough to follow. We made the appointment for glass service, through the app with no issues. I would give no stars but this review probably wouldn’t work. The technician arrived, removed the weather stripping that was loose, did NOT replace the glass, performed no additional work and left. Then he turned in the claim for under $400 service to our vehicle, just for tearing off the weather strip the rest of the way. Zero integrity, majorly dishonest, I don’t recommend SafeLite as a reliable service, after this experience. Save your money and go with a different glass vendor.

  The Guy that installed my windshield broke my camera sensor, he looked like he was about 17 years old and he lied and said the sensor was already broken, my car is only 3 years old and there is NO WAY my sensor was already broken, I will never use this company again!

  Took my car here to replace the front windshield. The result is super good. Amed the installer is top notch. He even fix a problem that was pre-existing at the bottom of the frame. Highly recommend. Also the front desk girl explain in details to any questions I have on tint services and the pro and cons of the different levels of tint dark and light option.
