  Went in at 3:30pm to Queen Creek location. Was asked for a deductible payment. I knew i had glass coverage. Employee super helpful. Gave me a number to call. All was corrected and windshield replaced. Very minimal wait time. Safeties has earned my future buisness.

  Ive used safelight for several windshields now, they are professional, use high quality glass, cleanup after themselves, quick and trustworthy. It's very convenient and they Hanley all the paperwork with the insurance company.... very happy customer.

  I had an unexpected issue when getting my windshield replaced. There was a cut that wasn’t suppose to be from a previous windshield replacement prior to me owning the car. This led to safety concerns and the inability to place a new windshield until resolved. Upon finding this issue Ray the tech contacted me and his supervisor Hayden. He explained the issue and how it was a safety concern. Hayden and him began to problem solve to try and reach a resolution to prevent me from being without a car or windshield. Ray and Hayden were able to get into contact with a mobile welder who was able to come out and repair the cut same day. Ray then returned to place the windshield for me while it started raining. Throughout the process Ray kept me updated on the process. And ensured all was taken care of prior to the end of the visit. They took the time and helped resolve the problem all while being extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend this company! Will definitely return for future repairs!
