I had an issue with my 2018 Kia Optima cutting out, stalling and not wanting to start back up. Turned out to be an issue with my fuel pump. Little did I know, this car has 2 fuel pumps and they arent cheap to replace. Original quote was to change both pumps. They ended up replacing the fuel pump in the gas tank, which was the cheaper of the 2 pumps and then retested everything. That seemed to solve the problem and we did not have to replace the more expensive fuel pump on the motor and saved me some money! They could have told me both pumps were bad and needed to be replaced and I would have never been the wiser. But they provided honest work at a great price!

STAY AWAY! My BMW 430i was there in February and the AC was replaced. Now it’s June, same issue. AC is out. They quoted me over 2k to replace everything again when the repair was warranted for 1yr or 12,000 miles. They don’t stand behind their warranty. Picked my BMW up yesterday and no AC. Nothing works. I was advised it may work it may not, and to “not bring it back”. Had to pay $162 for who knows what when everything was “suppose” to be warrantied. I do not recommend using this shop for service!

Dishonest. Keep driving. No problem taking your money and then find away to not honor their work. $1982 for a temporary fix based on their advice. Was then quoted $2550 to repair the problem again less than 4 months 3,000 miles later. David (The Manager Here) didn’t stand by the work that was provided by his company. Asked to speak to the owner and was quickly shut down. This isn’t a good business model.

I do not recommend this shop. I paid a significant amount of money to have my engine rebuilt, and shortly after, the engine developed serious internal problems. From the beginning, I informed them that the engine was making unusual noises, but instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, I was given excuses and unrelated reasons. I tried multiple times to handle the situation professionally and give them an opportunity to make things right, but they refused to take responsibility for the work performed. When you pay for major engine work, you expect quality workmanship, accountability, and customer support if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this shop based on how this situation was handled.

"Initially left a positive review under pressure at the counter, but updating now for accuracy. While the physical work was completed, I was heavily overcharged on parts markup. They billed me $68.99 per quart for transmission fluid (well above dealership retail) and claimed the 'angle of the transmission' meant it required a full 9-quart capacity fill for a basic pan drop—which is mechanically inaccurate. I had to dispute the bill to get $200 knocked off. Keep an eye on your itemized invoices here. Should of went with my original shop who told me they were at $943. And that the fluid was $33.99 per quart. Let's hope they did better on the transmission then their customer service.
