  James and Mike helped me out tremendously! and the staff was great as well! I went in for my rear brake pads to be replaced, I didn’t realize the rotor will be as bad is it was, James and Mike was able to help me out with financial options on the vehicle as well as giving me a diagnosis on what else the vehicle needed, I appreciate their honesty and ability to work with me on what I can afford and what I couldn’t at the moment and I highly recommend the whole crew and this brake plus location as well, thank you!!

  Awesome quick service completed. Org. Got recommendations for somethings needed by the stealership and came here for a quote and was significantly better in pricing. Will be back for more

  Will not go back here. 3.5 hours of my vehicle on the lift to change two brake pads and an oil change. Entry level job at best. You can YouTube the instructions and do it faster. I know this because I’ve literally done it myself.I was the only customer in there. When we finally got to payment, the manager said the guy is “new”. Nobody spoke to me the entire time I was waiting. Nobody helped the “new guy”. Very much a poorly managed team. They were all sitting on their computers not doing a damn thing. Absolute garbage customer service.
