- SSSharmie S3 days ago5.0I love this place. I’ve been getting my oil changed here for years. Always helpful and kind attendants and no hard sell. My 20 year old car currently has 150 k plus miles and I credit it’s health to frequent oil changes. Valvoline makes it easy
- LBLilliana Baker3 days ago5.0The workers were very kind and sweet. They helped me so much especially because I didn’t know what to do and they gave me the best option for the cheapest price. They were honest and fast. Go there for any services you need!!!!! 🤟❤️🔥💕
- SSSuzette3 days ago5.0I always receive great service when I visit the Prescott Valvoline! The people who work there are always so kind and make sure I know what is going on with my car. I don’t think I’ve ever had bad service at the Prescott Valvoline. I always recommend them to friends and coworkers!
- EEEe4 days ago5.0Excellent service, great team. Dameon was personable and helpful. Missed Kyle this time, but want to give him a shout out for previous visits. This is the only place I go to because it takes twenty minutes, they send out coupons regularly, and I can rely on them treating me like a valuable customer.
- NMNadia MartinezSep 25, 20265.0Today’s visit definitely deserves a review! ⭐️ The second my husband and I pulled into the bay, we were greeted by Teddy, who introduced himself as manager, offered us some water, and even offered our dog a treat. 🐶 From there, every employee we interacted with was just as friendly. While they worked on our car, they continued to check on us, offer us water, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. That kind of customer service is something you don’t forget. You can tell when people actually care about the experience they’re giving their customers, and that really stood out to us today. This specific shop is one we will absolutely go out of our way to visit again. I’ve lived in Prescott for years, and I can honestly say that I’ve never walked away from an oil change thinking, “Wow, that was actually a great experience.” 😂 Today changed that. Great people, great service, and a genuinely welcoming experience from the moment we pulled in. We’ll definitely be back!
