  Friendly, efficient, effective and punctual. Made an appointment asked for discount on windshield replacement and was given a substantial one. They said could be up to 2 hours for the job, was done in 90 minutes with a great price.

  This is perhaps my only review where I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The staff was already great working with me to get the replacement covered by insurance. We had a late afternoon appointment and they discovered an issue with the metal frame that the windshield sits in. They coordinated that repair with a nearby body shop, helped us find a motel for the night and drove us to the motel. The next morning, as soon as the body repairs were completed, they got us back to the shop, new windshield in and back on the road very quickly. The entire staff was great but special shout outs to Neal and Billy.

  Technician came to our house and replaced windshield in the driveway in less than an hour. Left the area clean and reviewed instructions on using the car for the next few days. Good experience!

  Tried calling back to set an appointment and trying to collaborate being she in college out of town and working and visiting home for 2 days and your number online and a representative has your automated info and says hold for an agent and it just hangs up. Unfortunately I will be finding another business.

  Terrible experience. The tech left with my rear view mirror so loose that it was sliding around, and also left a flap of weather stripping on my car unglued. In addition, he left my favorite movie cup (a vintage Wonder Woman) in my cup holder shattered into pieces, and did not vacuum the black flakes he left all over my dash. After he left, I also saw that there were body contact smudges on several of the windows near where he was working that he didn't clean off. When I contacted the tech by phone, he said he had already left the area and wouldn't be able to come back same day. Ultimately, I removed the rear view mirror myself and tightened the torx screw that was loose underneath before reattaching it, and I bought adhesive to reattach the trim that was loose myself. I emailed Safelite about my damaged cup, and they haven't bothered to reach back out. They only have automated phone calls, which makes it really hard to reach an actual person if you have any sort of problem like I did! I will never use this company again.
