- MRMark RichardsonSep 7, 20265.0I live by reviews when it comes to spending my money and doing my best to get the best service for that money. I read the reviews for Precision Auto Repair and it is why I went to them. I dealt with Tristin and he laid out to me what was needed to repair my vehicle and what time would be involved. I made sure that I requested all the parts to be on hand before dropping off my vehicle since I use it for work and didn't want a lot of down time. Tristin did his best to have it all ready, but unfortunately the delay was with the insurance company and having the wrong part delivered. It was only 3 days longer than expected, but the service done to my vehicle was perfect. My vehicle was handed back to me in clean and excellent condition with all the senors working properly. You never know when another deer will jump out in front of me or an accident occurs, but if it does, I will be coming back to them.

After needing a quick repair on my truck, every other shop in town told me it would take at least four days just to finish the job. Cameron went above and beyond for me, completing the repair in a single day and getting me back on the road ASAP. As a family-owned business, their dedication to customer care really shines through. Cameron provided clear communication every step of the way, along with a fair, transparent written estimate before any work started. Their professionalism, honesty, and incredible speed are hard to find. Highly recommended to anyone in the area looking for reliable, high-quality auto body work!
