  I was too early for oil change. They checked all fluids, air in tires and vacuumed the interior. I'll be back in 1000 miles for oil change. Very impressed with their honesty and excellent service👍Prescott location is the best!

  Noah was unbelievably helpful today when I went in for an oil change. He recommended exactly the service my car needed. I will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends, and I’ll be returning to seek out his assistance again in the future. I could tell that he is very knowledgeable and highly skilled in his area of expertise.

  Had AC problem while driving through Prescott. They did all they could to try to fix it quickly. Staff was nice and honest. Although the problem was not something they could handle, they did not charge me for the diagnosis and the time spent. I would go back!

  I have been taking my vehicles to Grease Monkey since we moved to the area, and they consistently provide outstanding service. Yesterday, I arrived about 45 minutes before closing, and the two gentlemen working welcomed me without hesitation. They were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire visit. What I appreciate most is their transparency. They take the time to show you exactly what they are doing, explain any recommendations, and ensure you fully understand the condition of your vehicle before making any decisions. Their thoroughness, respect, and commitment to customer service are second to none. I trust their team completely and would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommended!
