  Tried to buy a vehicle from them over the course of about 4 days and the internet manager kept telling me he would get right back to me and never would. I had to be the one to keep following up via phone and email, and all they had to do was get closer to a trade offer I already had sent them that they asked for. The vehicle ended up selling and I wasn’t even notified. Don’t bother. Edit: I never asked for anything to be put on hold, I asked for communication numerous times and OTD numbers, which I never received. Instead I got 2 lowball trade offers that were $8,600 and $6,600 off from Carmax. Just say you can’t match a trade offer or even get close to it if that’s the case. However, you guys asked me to provide another offer to see if you could match which I did. I should not have to keep following up and keep being told, “Let me call you right back” to then never get a response. I can count at least 3 times on the phone that was the case, and many more via email. You guys need to do better at communicating with your customers.

  last time i came here for a green service which is basically an oil change and tire rotation. this took over two hours. they didn’t refill any of my windshield wiper fluid (it was empty) or any other fluid for that matter. noticed my car was leaking oil afterwards. had a friend look at it and they barely screwed the oil drain plug back on so it was leaking oil. don’t think i’ll be coming back here when i can get the same service done in less than 30 minutes.

  I had a great experience with Findlay Toyota in Prescott! Carolina was incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout the sales process. She made everything easy and was great to work with without making me feel pressured. I also want to give a shout-out to Blake in the service department. He was professional, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s nice to know you can have a great experience not only when purchasing a vehicle but also when you need service afterward. Thank you to Carolina, Blake, and the entire Findlay Toyota team for making my experience such a positive one. I would definitely recommend them!

  For the parts department. Came in at 5pm today, 08/26/26, and the two that took care of me rocked. I wish I’d have gotten your names, but telling the world how good you guys took care of me was an afterthought. To the man with a mighty fine mustache who talked with me about the fuel economy of my truck, and to the gal who was so kind that gave me a pretty sweet sticker and got our deal on some spark plugs taken care of, you bunch are what makes the world go around. No matter who I run into at the parts department they’re always kind and they always get you what you need if they have it.

  I recently visited Findlay Toyota to negotiate the purchase of a 2026 4Runner Limited, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I want to be clear that the salesperson I worked with was excellent. He was professional, patient, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. My concerns are not with him. My frustration is with how the dealership’s sales manager handled sales process. While we were actively negotiating on the 4Runner we had just test-driven, another salesperson was authorized to that exact vehicle and put another customer in it for a test drive. That customer was then apparently allowed to begin negotiating on the same vehicle while we were still at the dealership working on our deal. From a customer's perspective, it was extremely frustrating to feel like the vehicle we were actively trying to purchase was being offered to someone else while we were still negotiating. Once it appeared there was another potential buyer for the vehicle, our negotiations seemed to come to a halt. What makes this even more disappointing is that my family has been a loyal customer of Findlay Toyota. We have purchased multiple vehicles from the dealership, and we have also referred friends and family who went on to purchase new Toyotas there. Not to mention, I have been actively working with the same sales person to purchase a company vehicle. Given that history, I expected a much better experience. After the visit, I took the time to send a detailed email directly to the sales manager, Mark J., explaining what happened and giving the dealership an opportunity to address my concerns. Unfortunately, Mark did not respond to my email at all. That lack of response was almost as disappointing as the original experience. When a longtime customer takes the time to provide legitimate feedback directly to management, I believe the least they can expect is a response. Based on this experience and the way my concerns were handled afterward, I will seriously consider taking my future business to another Toyota dealership. It's unfortunate because the salesperson I worked with was fantastic, but the sales tactics and lack of management follow-up left a very poor impression.
