- NPnicole picchiottino4 days ago1.0It was our worst car by an experience that we’ve had in our 60 years. First we selected a vehicle We went back to pick it up two days later and it was the wrong vehicle. Yet they insisted it was the one we selected. This was a several hour process before we had to choose another vehicle. Then we were promised integrated trailer brakes. Come to find out. That’s not a possibility on the new Tacoma’s. So we asked them to find us a vehicle with the integrated trailer brakes because it was in our contract. After getting lawyers involved, we came to a settlement, but we still left there without the truck we went in for or the truck that was in our contract. I do not recommend the dealership if you’re interested in getting a Toyota.

My first time going to a dealership so I was nervous because I had no clue on what to expect, so I was happy with my first experience but this dude dale helped me and he was super cool , nice and helpful he was understanding and very professional, appreciate you Mr.dude . but the entire staff was so nice I even got to eat pizza but overall my experience there was great highly recommend this place and will be doing more business with them in the future.

Then they changed terms and decided to ask for more money down and a higher payment. I returned the truck with the Facebook marketplace floor mats I purchased for it and full tank full. Barley had quarter tank when I left the lot. Worst experience ever!
