    It’s been 12 years since having to go new car shopping. I was 2 weeks into looking and after about 10 different dealerships and endless hours online. My wife came across Findlay GMC in Prescott with a couple trucks that checked a lot of items I wanted. We made the trip up from the valley. When we arrived there was no sales pressure on site. We were greeted by Shane Quezada. We looked at the trucks that brought us in and some potential others coming soon that meet my needs. After a couple test drives we dialed it down to 2. The best part was that we didn’t have to go back and forth on price. I simply explained where I want to be on the truck and presented me with a great price. I had done a lot of research and knew that the team wasn’t trying to bury any hidden fees or costs. Everything was right there big and bold. So glad we came up from the valley and got the small town shopping experience. Again thank you so much for a great buying experience Shane!! And thank you Andrew Azarsa for putting the best deal possible out there for me and wife quickly so we could get in and out as fast as possible. This experience was truly great after my last buying experience which was the worst! Even while waiting to sign papers it seemed like the whole team was excited for me getting a new truck. Tresa and Dale who were busy with their job took time to come by and say congratulations and even helped us with dinner plans for places near by. Alex who did our paperwork was done in like 15 minutes. This usually takes at least an hour it seems. From now on I think I will just save time and head to Findlay GMC Prescott FIRST!! Thank you so much and the Canyon is great truck!

    Funny story, I went to Findlay Toyota to have my oil changed, on my 2025 Tacoma and walked out with a GMC Sierra! I was walking across the parking lot and a GMC truck caught my eye. I was approached by a sales rep, I believe his name was Dale, and he showed me the truck. He was a super nice man.I told him I'd like to think on it, and continued to the restaurant across the street. I returned and asked for the salesman, but he had been called away. Another representative named Jace helped me. Jace was awesome! he was funny, no pressure, and allowed me to take my time. He was efficient in filling out the paperwork and made sure that I had everything I needed. Cimeron in financing was also efficient, personable, had good candy, and made the process easy and smooth. I LOVE my new truck and it pulls my horse trailer with ease! Thanks Jace and Cimeron! I highly recommend the team at Findlay GMC! Rhonda Taylor

    One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. Jace was the sales representative that helped my wife and I purchase a 2022 Toyota 4Runner with 34k miles as our family vehicle. Before my wife and I took the flight from California to Prescott Jace took the time to put the 4Runner on a lift and provided pictures to show proof that there was no rust underneath the vehicle which was one of my main concerns. Dealerships normally don't take the extra time to do that. Jace even took the time for me to look at the 4runner underneath on a lift in person! I felt no pressure from either Jace or the rest of the staff. Jace made the buying process very straight forward and easy. I came with an auto loan from Naval Federal Credit Union for 84 months and the Finance Department was able to give my wife and I a lower rate at 84 months! Even though the factory warranty expired Findlay GMC Prescott provided a dealership warranty for up to 60 days or 2k miles just in case my wife and I ran into issues on the drive back home at no extra cost. Jace continued to follow up with my wife and I to see if there were any issues with the 4runner driving back. At Findlay GMC Prescott they truly care about customer service and satisfaction.

    Findlay GMC Prescott has been an outstanding partner for our business and fleet vehicle needs. Their service department consistently delivers excellent customer service, and the entire process is always smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. A special thank you to our service advisor, Cody, who does an incredible job managing the flow and coordination of our fleet vehicles. He always makes things work, no matter the situation, and goes above and beyond to ensure our vehicles are serviced and back on the road as quickly as possible. Cody is extremely helpful, communicative, and proactive, keeping us informed every step of the way and making the entire experience easy to manage. Another huge advantage is their collision center. The team does an excellent job with repairs, and it’s incredibly convenient that everything is handled in-house. Having both service and collision repair under one roof makes the process seamless, saves time, and gives us confidence that our vehicles are being taken care of by a trusted team from start to finish.     I had just come off of a bad experience at a dealership in Phoenix (made-up fees, dishonest tactics, long waits while the salesman "talks to the manager"). I'm happy I ended up staying local, because the experience at Findlay was FANTASTIC. I had initially called them about transferring a vehicle from Findlay Bullhead City, only to find out it had been sold. Shane was quick to give follow up options and was incredibly accommodating, even offering to drive it to my house for me to look at. I had a mere 45 minutes before having to pick my son up from daycare, but decided to swing by just to take a peek. He had the vehicle pulled up and ready to go and, in that short time, I test drove it, had my trade-in evaluated, and had an offer in hand. "Hmm, no $3,000 'reconditioning' or 'tint' fees magically materialized..." I commented, looking over the price sheet. "And they won't. We don't do business like that." I returned with my wife and 2 year old at around 6:00pm to square things away and we left right at 7:00pm to come back the next day (the lending agencies were closed). Dismayed that we didn't beat the clock, we walked towards our car.... until we heard someone yelling "wait! we got it! we got a rate!" Finance manager Cimeron secured a rate at the last minute and bolted to the parking lot to let us know before we left. "You just have to come back tomorrow and sign! You can take the car." They gave us the keys and we took the car home. We came back the next evening to finalize everything and were completely ready for a several hour process. Upon arriving, she had everything ready and we went over terms of the loan and crunched numbers on warranty options. From start to finish, I'd be surprised if we were there a full hour. In fact, from the initial test drive, I doubt we clocked 3 full hours at the dealership. This was by far the fastest, friendliest, most transparent and most streamlined car purchase I think I've ever experienced. Everyone on the floor was genuine and friendly. Not only did I get the car I wanted at a good price, but I felt good about the people I was doing business with. Feeling good after leaving a dealership? Never. In. My. Years. Thanks to everyone at Findlay!
