  Perfect customer service every time I rent from pick up to return. No time wasted, nicest people to rent from, and they always have the car ready. Also huge shout out to the people behind the scenes too. The cars I’ve gotten are always super clean and perfect inside and out.

  Terrific crew: Lawrence, Justin & Shalamar. I really like the Malibu in this color I rented twice, When will this car go to Enterprise (used cars) for sale. 🤔 May I be placed on a list or an alert of a date it leaves the fleet. Thank you ✝️

  Great service, I enjoyed the rental after my car was wrecked in an accident. The other guys insurance was covering the cost of the rental. My only complaint is that the additional protection plan wasn't covered by the insurance company and $20 per day adds up fast. The insurance company that was paying for the rental decided to stop paying for the rental on a Monday but failed to notify the rental company or me until two days later on Wednesday meaning that I was on the hook for 2 days of car rental fees. Not cool, insurance slime-balls! Fortunately, Enterprise are very professional and seeing the situation the insurance company caused Enterprise waived the previous 2 days of rental fees so I wouldn't get stuck with the bill. Thank you to the Enterprise team for the excellent customer service. I would recommend Enterprise of Prescott at Pine Ridge Marketplace to anyone needing a rental.
