The repairs were not expensive but I had to take care of them myself. I will no longer being using Valvoline moving forward after years of being a regular customer. I will also share my experience with anyone who will listen.

As I mentioned in my first review, my husband and I travel all over Arizona for work, but we always make it a point to get our oil changes done here in Prescott Valley. We don’t even mind going a little over on mileage if it means waiting until we can get back to a shop we trust. Like I said in my first review, there isn’t just one person I want to recognize because every single employee I’ve interacted with has been positive, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. This visit, though, I had the pleasure of working with Bailey, the site manager, and Kyler on top side. They were fantastic. I was able to get both vehicles in with virtually no wait, and the service was quick, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a business where the entire team consistently provides such outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work—we’ll definitely be back!
