  I'm the guy who gives good reviews, or will completely come unhinged on a business and their review if I feel they deserve it. Its difficult for me to give 5 stars to anyone, because there's normally always something thats lacking in one category. Honesty first. With that being said.... Unfortunately I've needed their services several times over the last year. From exhaust work, engine work, water pumps, exc on 5 different vehicles. A Cadillac, a Audi, a Silverado, a Pilot, and a Tundra, I've even sent my wife, my son and his friend to them without the customer knowing to see if they got the same treatment, and they did. I've heard mixed reviews from people around town, but this has been MY and my family's experience as a customer over the last yr. For starters, and what's most important, is their work is top notch. Fast, knowledgeable, and precise when diagnosing and fixing the issue, all awhile keeping their eyes open for future issues I might need to attend to. As for price, I think they're fair. Shops are always going to cost more than a back yard mechanic, but should be less than a dealership. I've found that to be true with their pricing. Final bills can always be shocking no mattter what, But I've never felt ripped off, or taken advantage of. Matter of fact, when I've needed a small discount, or needed them to find a way to lean my way a little in order to get the work finished, they worked with me one way or the other. As for customer service, I'm not there for a back rub, or be told how nice my outfit looks. They're shop guys. BUT, they are friendly. They listen to what you believe is the issue, give their own advice, and might even take a minute or 15 to allow you to vent some of your frustration. They seem to want to help you, and seem to want and appreciate your business, but dont expect ballons and poppers when you leave your keys for work, or pay your bill. Its all business. Over all, in my experience with them I believe they deserve the 5 stars, as much as my business. I dont want to use them again, because that would mean I'm having car problems, if I had problems again, I'd certainly be a returning customer. I can honestly say that if you're reading this, give them a shot, chances are, you wont be disappointed in your experience neither.

  be aware of this place. At first glance I thought they did a good job. 5 mi away from their facility driving my car home. It started to have problems. I got home called them the next day and they said sure bring it in. We'll check it out and see if it's something we did wrong. Went to get my car. They said it wasn't their fault and charged me for looking to see if they messed it up. What are the chances my car? All the sudden had thousands of dollars of fixes needed just minutes after leaving from them doing work on it? Beware. Be careful. Not good business.
