Wheel Bearing Pack - 2 Axle
plus cost of seals
Complete removal of wheel, hub and dust cap. We inspect your brakes, including the magnets for wear and/or damage. Clean wheel, bearings, inspect bearings for damage/wear and remove old seals. Install new seals and pack with appropriate grease. Install clean wheel and hub onto RV. If your brakes need attention, we can replace any necessary parts at that time.

We will go through an RV and thoroughly check it out. This includes checking all appliances, 12 volt system, water system, LP system, generator (if applicable), interior and exterior condition, roof, leveling system/jacks. Over our 20+ years servicing RVs, we have created a detailed 6 page list of everything we check and note any problems if found. This is great to have if you're selling your RV, just purchased or thinking of purchasing one.

I called because both slide-out seals on our trailer need to be replaced. I was hoping to schedule someone to come out, inspect them, and let us know what was needed.
Instead, before I could even explain everything, I was lectured about how slide seals work. I was told I would need to climb up, cut off a piece of the seal, measure it, identify the type, and provide all of that information because there are different widths and styles. I understand there are different seal types, but that’s exactly why I was calling a professional.
I explained that my husband is older and I’d rather not have him climbing on a ladder. I asked if someone could simply come out and look at it since we aren’t planning to use the trailer until October. The response was that they probably couldn’t get out until mid-September, delivered in a way that made me feel like my business wasn’t wanted.
I chose this company because of all the positive reviews, but my first impression was disappointing. I understand Mondays can be hectic and everyone has off days, but customer service matters. I ended the call and decided to contact another RV service company instead.

I'm all about supporting small businesses, but the lady behind the counter has a rude demeanor. I won't be back to this store for anything, I'll just stick to Amazon or Little Dealer across the way.

What Kind of RVs Do You Service?
We service all RVs, from the smallest tent trailer to the most significant class A motor home and everything in between.
Do You Provide Mobile (On-Site) Service?
We do provide mobile service for most repairs necessary. Occasionally, a restoration requires work at our shop, but that is an infrequent occurrence. We charge a service call to come to you; that service call depends on your location.
What is Your Service Area?
We provide mobile service to most of the Northern Arizona area. This includes the quad cities (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey/Humboldt, Chino Valley) as well as Mayer, Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Cordes Junction, Black Canyon City, Paulden, Williamson Valley, Coyote Springs, Bagdad, Ash Fork, Seligman, and many others.
Do You Do Insurance Work?
Yes, we work with all major vehicle insurance companies. We provide free estimates for any RV insurance work you may need.
I Have an Extended Warranty. Will You Work With My Policy and Work on My RV?
Yes! We work with extended warranty companies. We provide free estimates for any anticipated work. We work to get you on the road as fast as possible.
What About Warranty Work in General?
Most warranty work necessary on your RV can be done through the manufacturer of the appliance or part that requires service. We can take care of that for you with no hesitation. If your coach requires warranty work done through the coach manufacturer, we will gladly contact them to see if we can provide service. We provide warranty service for several coach manufacturers. However, some require you to take your RV to an authorized dealer for assistance.
How Much Do You Charge?
Our labor rate is $115.00 per hour. We try to be as fair as possible with our speed. We work as quickly as possible to keep the labor rate to a minimum when providing you with repair service.
Are Your Technicians Certified?
We are proud to say that we are an authorized warranty and service center for ALL the RV appliance manufacturers in the industry. This requires yearly or semi-yearly training/classes completion, satisfactory testing, continuing education, and carrying of product in our facility. Several "certifications" are available, requiring paying a fee and watching a video. We don't believe in that. It's more important to be certified confidently by the manufacturers of the products in your RV. We want customers to have peace of mind that we are qualified to repair their RV.
I am a "DIY" Person. Do You Carry Parts?
We carry parts! We have the most extensive inventory of RV appliance parts in the area. We take all the latches, LP detectors, window parts, plumbing fittings, electrical wiring, towing wiring, and anything else you need to do your repairs.
