  Griffin was very helpful in setting up my appointment and keeping me advised of what was being done to my van with the brakes. I appreciated his professional demeanor and helpful attitude. I will use bricks plus again.

  I came in for what I thought was my brakes and they confirmed not only that but they quoted me a fair price! I will be coming here for the future for all other things. They are also very friendly and show concern and compassion for your situation and help you find solutions. I appreciate this new place very much and highly recommend this place to anyone.

  I had been hearing a strange noise coming from the left front end of my truck for months. In January, I was involved in an accident that resulted in significant damage to the left front end of my truck. It was repaired, but a month after I got my truck back from the shop, I began hearing a strange noise that was only heard on bumpy dirt roads, or over speed bumps. I brought my truck to two different shops, even had my tires rotated, no one else could find the issue or could even hear this elusive rattle. The noise seemed to be sporadically. I brought my truck to Dylon at Brakes Plus in Prescott Valley, explained the strange noise and waited for them to complete their free inspection of my truck. I was skeptical about whether they’d be able to hear it, since it seemed as though the noise stopped whenever I brought it to a shop. Lo and behold, Dylon came back to the waiting area and stated that they found the problem!!! I was so excited that they found the problem, and so relieved that they heard the same noise that I had been hearing. Alas! I wasn’t just hearing things that go bump on bumpy dirt roads in the middle of nowhere where. Turns out that the nut was missing on the bolt for the control arm. The bolt had come partially out of the control arm. I’m so glad that I brought my truck to Brakes Plus and that they offered me that free inspection. They really do more than just brakes! I’ll be bringing my 2024 Tacoma to them from now on for my truck maintenance care. Thank you Dylon, and the others who diagnosed the problem that could have caused me to bite the dust…quite literally!

  The team at Brakes Plus was very professional. The work that they did was delivered with great care. As a guy that has done most of my own auto service repairs I can state that I could not have done the job they did in the time or pricing that the delivered for me. At 73 they will be the team that I use the rest of my life.
