  Just got done with my oil change and air filter replacement. Had an appointment for 1pm and was out the door by 1:45pm. These guys are quick, efficient, and no BS. Amazing group of people that work here. Always kind and professional and not trying to upsell you on services just to make a buck. They tell you the honest state of your car and give good estimates on how long before you need work done. Shout out to Dylan, Danny, and Griffen. You guys are great! Thank you for your wonderful work. Will keep coming back to this shop as long as I'm in Prescott.

  I got my oil changed and they must have taken off the wheels for some reason, because the brakes make a horrible screeching when driving. I took it to the dealer and they asked where I got the oil changed. The rotor is now rubbing on the back stop, and it was not making that noise before I brought it in. Disappointed that I have to pay to fix a mistake they made.

  Went there this morning and the guy who helped me was amazing. Sadly forgot his name but he definitely takes pride in his job and helped me. They did an inspection for some concerns I had and was able to tell me that I was ok and explained in detail what was checked and how good I was with my concerns. They are honest and trustworthy which is rare nowadays. They have just earned a repeat customer and can’t recommend them enough.

  Amazing place! Honest dudes all around! I came in for what I thought was worn out break pads. They did the free inspection, and were very upfront and honest and said nothing needed repairing for the time being, and there was tons of life left on the pads! And they gave me other alternatives for my my breaks, might be squeaking and doing what they're doing. But nothing dangerous needed immediate fixing. All was good! And no charge. THIS is how you treat customers! Thank you for the honesty and great customer service! I'll definitely be back when the time comes!

  I have gone to Brakes Plus in Gilbert for years, and when I moved to PV I knew they’d be my go to. My car broke down and they had it fixed over the weekend, but not only that I worked 104 hours in 8 days, and I wasn’t able to take phone calls, so Dylan gave me his personal number to allow me to text about my car, which I appreciated. Absolutely amazing service as always, I’ll never go anywhere else.
