  Easily the worst AutoZone experience I’ve had in Arizona. As a mobile mechanic, I was there trying to help a customer get her vehicle back on the road. Instead, I was repeatedly asked to move because I was supposedly “in the way,” despite not blocking the entrance, traffic, or any other vehicles. There were roughly 30 open parking spaces, and the store wasn’t particularly busy for a Monday. I understand managing a parking lot, and I would have moved if I were actually causing an obstruction. But repeatedly interrupting me while I was working on a customer’s vehicle over a parking issue that wasn’t actually affecting anyone was extremely frustrating. Because of this, I took my business elsewhere and purchased the parts from O’Reilly Auto Parts. As a mobile mechanic and commercial customer, I’m seriously reconsidering whether AutoZone deserves my business going forward. I came there to spend money and help a customer. Instead, you drove my business to your competitor.

  I traveled to Prescott from Buckeye and before heading back we made a stop at Sonic. My car wasn’t turning on and thankfully AutoZone was across the street. Michael assisted me with getting my car up and running again. He’s a great guy with great attitude and customer service. Thank you Michael!

  Michael at the )Prescott Valley store was so helpful and sold me a battery and installed it promptly. Outstanding customer service by him!

  So I needed brake caliper mounting bolts. I look online to see if the store has them and it says they have 1. I proceed to go there just for them to tell me that they have none but that the Prescott store has 1. So I drive down to Prescott for them to tell me they have none, and that I need to go to Prescott valley because they have 3 (which is obviously false). So then I call Prescott valley back and they tell me they can order the part and have it there the same day but that the cutoff is in about 5 minutes. He tells me to stay on the line while he goes to call the truck to see if they can put my part on. Then he proceeds to hang up on me? I call back 10-15 minutes later and ask if they had got it on the truck, he then tells me that the part did get on the truck and it would be at the store by 4. I call back at 5 to see if it’s there and then they tell me it never even got on the truck. Beyond pissed off at this point and I call o Reiley’s and they say. “Yeah we have 3 in stock a kit comes with 2 come pick it up”. I go there, they actually have it, and I buy it. Literally waste my day when I coulda called o Reiley’s in the first place. Although I should’ve done that before. I’d rather suffer on the side of the street before I call autozone again

  Ruben was super helpful! He helped us switch out our battery, added window washing fluid, and coolant to my vehicle. He is a very nice gentleman. Please give him a raise. There were a few things going on with my vehicle when I parked it at auto zone. Ruben was able to help me with each one. The battery was dying and caused a slew of other issues with my vehicle. We were also having issues with overheating. I think that adding more coolant really helped and we were able to go on an immediate trip out of town after stopping here. Definitely swing by if your car is giving you trouble. They can pull engine codes for free! Give auto zone a try. You won't be disappointed!
