  Mike helped me both times I was there with my car and my husband's car, he was so nice and patient with my mild panicking during the light check portion where I first forgot how to pop the hood or turn on the fog lights on my husband's car and then accidentally put on the windshield wipers of mine instead of turn signaling. The experience was so easy, he was very respectful and asked before doing anything with the vehicle, and at the end of my second visit he offered us water and Popsicles! I declined the water, I had my own water bottle, but I accepted Popsicles and he brought one lemon lime and one grape for me and my girlfriend. I had the grape, it was yummy! They were electrolytes Popsicles! Such a good idea! All in all, I'm thrilled with how easy it was and how fast it was, and I'll definitely be hitting this place up again next time I need an oil change.

  Very incompetent leadership and workers. Was passed for service for two other cars that came 15 minutes after I got there. No info, no check up. I waited 35 minutes before I told them to let me out since there was another car behind mine. All they did was a lazy smug look. It’s hilarious how much ego they have over poor service. Franchises don’t work for this reason, you can’t maintain a level of control. Executive leadership needs to close this store

  Took about an hour despite being first in line. Employees moved with no sense of urgency. The guy changing my oil, spilled oil on my engine, thus causing my car to smoke all crazy once i got to the red light.. overall terrible experience 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
