  I recently visited the 99th ave location on 7/1/26 and I was highly dissatisfied. It began with the employee asking me to get out of line to allow another customer to get serviced ahead of me. It wasn't so much of an ask, more so him telling me to move back to let another car in. That customer was in stall 3 and I was waiting in stall 2. I was there for an oil change and it wasn't completed properly. Staff did not check my tire pressure, lights, windshield wiper fluid, nor reset my mileage. I asked why those items weren't checked and employee stated that "you just wanted an oil change" which those items are normally included in an oil change. As I was still speaking, questioning why was my service was half done, employee cut me off. I've never been treated so poorly before and I don't appreciate that as a customer. Assuming the manager on duty was named Nathan, at least that's the name printed on his uniform, but I heard staff referring to him as Paul. There were no actions taken to rectify the situation, not even an apology. I will be following up with cooperate. I’m usually the type of person who just brushes things off, but that experience was very disappointing and quite frankly I'm disgusted.

  I had an oil change done here 18 days ago; I paid $77 and was given a 2,500-mile guarantee. Today, I found there was absolutely no oil left in my car—not even a thousand miles later. The person there was the same one who had changed the oil, and when I mentioned the problem, he told me I hadn't bought the highest-quality oil. So, the oil I bought for $77 turns out to be low quality? He didn't even bother to check it.

  Pretty irked! Price with a military discount is more than most local shops without one. I sat in the heat waiting on them to drain an 1/8th of a tank of diesel because they didn’t do a quick swap (or “full send” as they kept calling it) on the diesel fuel filter instead of letting it just drain indefinitely! Probably should have gone that route. The first time they mentioned it was taking a while is when they probably should have asked some questions or looked it up like I did! Instead we waited 20 mins just wasting fuel. “3 containers full” is how it was jokingly described! Over 90 mins for what should have been a quick 45 min service. Never again!

  Went in for an oil change a few months ago. Tech working overfilled my oil and said that they drained out the amount needed. Went in today to get my oil changed and they said that they overfilled it, obviously did not drain out all the extra oil, truck holds 5.6q and they put over 8q in it. Only giving two stars for the honesty from the next set of techs today, but overall i am extremely disappointed. I do not want my brand new truck to be ruined by some distracted and quick working techs. Will not return to valvoline unfortunately because i don't need to risk any further damage to my vehicle.

  There was a long line first thing Saturday morning and they were short staffed. The manager (lady, can’t remember her name) was super upfront and honest about the wait times, called in staff and got the lines moving. It was amazing to see this crew work together on all bays to get all the cars taken care of!! I’d be back and would wait another hour just for the friendly service received! What a great team at this location!
