  My rental experiences with Sixt in the last few years have been nothing short of amazing. Clean cars, straightforward pickup and drop off, no hidden fees, and easy rental extension. This was my first time at the Downtown Phoenix location and it was very smooth. Byron made the drop off fast, easy, and stress free. Highly recommend renting with Sixt.

  Customer service was amazing and the vechile was extremely clean and well maintained. Sixt staff were professional and friendly and very helpful ill definitely rent from sixt again it was a great experience.

  I rented a Ford Escape from Sixt at the Phoenix location on July 1, 2026, and returned it to the LAX location in California just before 12:00 PM, July 2, 2026. During the return inspection, the representative at LAX pointed out a couple of extremely small dents on the passenger side of the vehicle and suggested they may have occurred during my rental period. I respectfully disputed any responsibility for these alleged damages. The dents were microscopic and not reasonably visible during pickup, making it impossible for me to have identified or documented them at that time. I felt like that was a scam to try to get people to pay for damages not caused by them. I sent them an email disputing that on the same day, July 2nd, and as of today, July 11th there are no responses. The car was great but this is something that makes me lose trust in their intentions.

  Patrick is AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my fiancé and me get into our rental. He was kind, super professional and really takes a customer-centrix approach. I highly recommend using this location!
