  Attention Sixt Corporate: I would like corporate leadership to recognize Patrick at the Downtown Phoenix Sixt location for his exceptional customer service. During a busy period, Patrick remained professional, patient, and attentive to every customer. I was experiencing anxiety, and he took the time to reassure me and make me feel comfortable without ever making me feel rushed. He also kept customers informed about wait times, letting everyone know he would assist them as soon as he finished with the current customer. What stood out most was that he treated every customer with the same respect, kindness, and attention. Despite the pressure of a busy office, he maintained a positive attitude, a genuine smile, and remarkable professionalism throughout. Patrick demonstrated the qualities of a strong leader and manager. He is a tremendous asset to Sixt, and I hope corporate takes the time to recognize his outstanding work.   We are from Germany and had no SIM card. The car we got from the airport had no navigation. Patrick was an outstanding professional and helped us change our car. He was very friendly and helpful. Amazing person. Thank you so much!
