  Booked a car 4 weeks ago searching “PHX” and they put me at their downtown location. After receiving a confirmation email the day before, I called to change but the cheapest was 3x the price. First time sixt and (never) going back. They said sorry and that’s about it.

  My name is Michaela and I recently rented from SIXT at the downtown Phoenix location while visiting Arizona with my family. Normally I rent straight from the airport, but this time I wanted to avoid all the airport fees and try something different. Patrick helped us as soon as we walked in and honestly made the whole experience feel easy from the start. I originally booked a smaller car online, but after talking with him about traveling with kids and luggage, he helped me upgrade into something more comfortable that worked a lot better for our trip without making me feel pressured into spending more money. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and even gave us a few helpful tips about driving and parking downtown. The car was super clean, pickup was quick, and the customer service felt genuine the entire time. You can tell he actually cares about helping people and making sure they leave happy. This was my first time renting with SIXT and definitely not my last. Huge thanks again to Patrick for making our trip start off stress free.

  Patrick was amazing from start to finish and made this the easiest rental experience I’ve had. I rented a BMW X3 and the car was super clean, newer model, and drove amazing. Patrick explained everything clearly, made the process quick, and was genuinely friendly and helpful the whole time. The location was also really easy to find inside the Arizona Center garage right off 5th St and Fillmore. I also loved that they accepted my debit card with a utility bill with no issues at all. Definitely renting from this location again next time I’m in Phoenix.

  Had a really great experience renting from SIXT Rent a Car Phoenix Arizona Center downtown Phoenix. The location was super easy to find right off 5th Street, and as soon as you enter the garage there’s a big “Key Pickup” sign right on the left. Patrick helped me both at pickup and return, and he was honestly excellent the whole time. Very friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. I originally booked a regular small car, but he upgraded me to a Chevrolet Traverse SUV at no extra charge since they were out of cars, and it worked out perfect for my family. The SUV was clean, comfortable, and drove great. I also appreciated that he took the time to explain everything clearly and even saved me money by letting me know I didn’t need toll coverage in Arizona. Little things like that go a long way. Overall one of the smoothest rental experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely rent from SIXT again next time I’m in Phoenix.
