  I had a great experience with you guys and left you a good review on my other account, but I accidentally left my Apple AirPods in the center console of the vehicle. They are showing their location to be at the rental car facility there. I'm trying to contact the Phoenix location to see if they can possibly be found and recovered. Thank you for any help you can provide in this.

  First time using this rental car company and it was a pleasure. Very quick and easy process and the car we selected was the exact one we got. Louie was friendly and informative from start to finish. Thank you Louie for your awesome customer service and thank you to the young lady that brought us water out at our car. Would definitely recommend and use this rental company again.

  This was our first time renting with Sixt. Two words - customer service. Wasn't sure what to expect but they had a good online rating so we decided to give them a try. Ricardo was great, and hooked us up with a free upgrade. At pickup there was no line so we went right up to the front. Ricardo was helpful and professional and went above and beyond to get us into the correct size of vehicle. Which got us an upgrade into a BMW. Vehicle is perfectly clean and looks brand new. The lot the lot attendant was pleasant and greeted us and offered us some bottled waters. As we drove out they have a system that appears to video the entire vehicle as you leave. I presume this will access any vehicle damage that existed prior to pickup. Nice to have the peace of mind that you will not be held liable for something that was there prior to pickup. To sum it up, excellent experience. I'll be using them again in the future.

  We had a car rental booked for months with BUDGET that was supposed to be ready when we arrived on our flight, however, when we approached the BUDGET rental counter, there was a line of disgruntled people and an announcement had just been made that they had “zero cars” and that you could wait around to maybe get one in two hours. We walked directly across the hall to SIXT and Ricardo was able to very quickly get us into a brand new, spotless, BMW SUV at a fair price for the entire length of our stay. Ricardo could not have been nicer or more helpful. This is our second time renting a car from SIXT (the other time being in New Orleans) and both times they had a great assortment of luxury cars, competitive prices, and Ready To Roll. I’m only booking with SIXT from now on.

  This company charged my husband for rim damage that was already on the car when he rented it. He submitted a photo and they responded with “that photo was taken outside of our garage” Well where are the photos taken after receiving it from the last rental? He still gets alerts on his phone from other drivers damaging the car! Now they have sent the damage invoice to collections! We are going to take this to court! See ya in front of the judge Sixt rental for your scams your pulling on people!!!!
