  Absolutely Outstanding Experience! I cannot recommend Scott’s Coach Works highly enough! After my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio was rear-ended, I was devastated. It was my first accident, and I had no idea what to expect from the repair process. Because it is a high-performance specialty vehicle, the repair took some extra time due to parts and the level of detail involved, but the team handled everything beautifully. From beginning to end, the entire team at Scott’s Coach Works was incredible. A special thank you to Paul, who was my estimator and point of contact throughout the process. His customer service was second to none. He kept me updated every step of the way, responded to my texts promptly, answered every question I had, and made a very stressful experience so much easier. They also helped connect me with Go Rentals, which made the rental process so easy. The rental was dropped off to me and picked up when everything was finished, which made the entire experience incredibly convenient. When I picked up my Giulia, I was honestly speechless. Not only was the repair work flawless, but they had also cleaned and detailed the car before pickup. They even offered to drop it off at my house, which was above and beyond. The craftsmanship is exceptional. The paint match is flawless, the body lines are perfect, every panel fits exactly as it should, and every detail was completed with incredible precision. The rear of my car had extensive damage, and now it genuinely looks better than the day I bought it. The shop itself is clean, organized, and professional, and even the owners personally reached out during the process to offer advice and make sure everything was going smoothly. That kind of personal attention is rare and truly appreciated. Several of my friends have also had repairs done here, and every one of them has had the same outstanding experience. Now I completely understand why they recommended Scott’s Coach Works to me. If you’re looking for a body shop that delivers perfection, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and genuinely cares about their customers, look no further.   Scott’s has been amazing. They are knowledgeable, attentive, responsive. Paul helped me out so much and made me feel like someone was in my corner dealing with multiple insurance companies. I will forever go to them for all my car needs and a special thanks to Paul!

  Having your vehicle damaged in an accident can be one of the most painful processes to meander which is why you need the right people on your side to help. Paul Romero and the team at Scotts Coach Works are absolutely the right people. They were informative and understanding of my situation and desires upon the initial consultation. This interaction along with the fact they are a Lexus Approved shop is the reason I brought them my Lexus LX570 which I absolutely did not want totaled and wanted repaired correctly. Paul was able to assist with the insurance company to help ensure the vehicle was not totaled and repaired to a condition better than it was before the accident. Throughout the time the vehicle was at the shop, Paul was communicative and there to help. This is a shop that stands by their quality of work and promises.

  Highly recommend Scott’s Coach Works Inc. This is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. Bianca went above and beyond working with my insurance company and keeping me updated every step of the way. She was phenomenal. I also received equally amazing customer service from Paul, who consistently stayed ahead of communication, providing detailed and accurate timelines on my car’s progress. This was the best overall customer service I’ve experienced in the automobile industry. To top it all off, my car looks absolutely brand new. Look no further. This should be your only choice for an auto body shop.
