  Wrst experience came in to get one tire ended up with two with a great deal financing people are wonderful really went out of their way to help me to only really find out that they lied to the creditors said that I bought $600 worth of items when I only bought 300 fraud they are big time fraud do not use them and then when I tried to call them to make it fixed they deny my phone calls keep ignoring it

  DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Found the ad on Facebook. Contacted them, got everything set up. Get there had to wait 4 hours for the work to get done. Paid extra for tire disposal, and they did not dispose the tires I still have them no refund, paid 200 extra for fabrication that did not get done, but was told to go to a sister shop no charge and yet I’m paying another 200 for fabrication by the sister shop that denies this tire place. Sitting there waiting and the shop from wheel originally called wanting me to have this “sister shop” take these wheels off and bring back and put my old wheels on. This shop is not a sister shop. BIG BIG SCAM! and all they had to offer was a refund fee of $75. Currently adding two extra hours that weren’t planned for. Mind you this was all scheduled in advance and took a 3 hour drive to come here! They also didn’t set my sensors right, the tire light is on.save your time and do not go there!!!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOP THEY WILL KEEP ADDING TO YOUR COSTS. THERE WAS A GUY THAT HAD CALLED LAST WEEK THAT HAD CAME IN, HE PROBABLY WAITED AT LEAST 3 HOURS. THEY TAKE FOREVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Update responding to the REPLY FROM SANTIS: THE VEHICLE ALREADY HAD A LIFT ON IT, we told you guys this 100 times that day. YOU SAID FABRICATION WAS GOING TO BE $150 TO FIT, COOL. the mechanic barely shaved it off (not $150 work that's for sure) and left so fast. they tried to call him back to come fix it and he wouldn't answer how convenient, your guy sent us to another shop and I specifically asked the guy at your shop "how much is it going to be", the guy said "were going to cover it". Went to the 2nd shop, the guy said you guys were only going to cover $20 worth of work. what a joke. Yall move shady

  Absolutely great work! Ericks customer service is fantastic! I was in and out with a brand new wheel setup in less than an hour. Erick explained everything to me step by step, making sure I understood everything before signing anything. The guys making sure the wheels are balanced before you take them were doing an amazing job working fast and efficiently. Hands down one of the best tire shops i’ve been to and will definitely be coming back for more wheels!

  Santis Tires was communicative, reponded right away to my facebook inquiry on pricing andf availability and their service was fairly priced. All staff were very attentive and made sure I was comfy while waiting for my tire balancing, which they were able to get done in 1/2 hour. I was on a limited lunch and they took good care of my. I will be back!
