  I’ve had about 3 people out & J was the 4th I believe to do the calibration for the windshield & realized everyone wasn’t doing it the right way & J had to drive all the way back to the office to get the correct tablet to finally be done with it & I was done in minutes! J is great at his job & actually cares!

  I deeply wish I could give zero stars. I have had two incredibly bad experiences with Safelite now, both of which involved having scheduled appointment where no one showed up to perform the work. I have numerous email confirmations of the date and time. I called to ask what’s going on and am told that there is no appointment scheduled. I feel like I am being gaslit here! I literally called again to confirm that my appointment was scheduled and ready, even though this happened last time and was assured that I had an appointment set and ready to go. No empathy from the customer rep for costing me a whole day of work, even though I stayed calm and level headed. No willingness to try and do anything to make it right. For the love of God my fellow citizens, use another company. We can’t let giant corporations treat us like this.

  Great experience with Safelite! I scheduled my appointment and last minute, before hanging up, needed to move it to a few days later. The scheduling tech didn't change his tone, provided the same type of customer service as the first attempt at scheduling. That was how I knew this company values the customer and their needs. Safelite for all my vehicle window needs!

  Our windshield had five chips in it, so a Safelite worker came out to our house and said the windshield needed to be replaced. He scheduled someone to come to our home a week later. However, the windshield they ordered was the wrong one, so we had to wait another week. We were then called to schedule another appointment for a Thursday morning. That same Thursday, we received a call saying the vehicle HAD to be brought to their service center instead. We arrived with the vehicle half an hour before the appointment, and the technician took it back for over an hour, only to come back and tell us they had once again ordered the WRONG windshield. This has been a very frustrating and incompetent experience to deal with, and our vehicle is still not fully functional.

  I never used Safelite before and wish I would have. From start to finish everyone was wonderful. They explained the insurance part they would take care of so I didn't even have to call my insurance company, they took care of it. They offered extra services and parts which was great although I did not take advantage of at this this time. They texted me several times with updates and had the option to ask questions but they provided all the information I needed. The service tech was very professional and polite! I will never go anywhere else for a windshield again. A+ service!
