  Great service for Laurelio. He kept me updated on status of work. Showed up in time and was very professional. Explained service and possible issues with dried plastic parts, which turned out to be no problem. He made it Simple, convenient and stress free! This is why I only use Safelight! Thank you!

  I received a quote of $158 dollars, scheduled my install for 11 days later to allow for the glass to be ordered, confirmed multiple times via text and email days before my install date that they had the glass needed and my install would happen. They confirmed yes every time (I have the messages and confirmations) 20 minutes before the end of the 4 hour window given for install I get a call to tell me they don’t have the glass and the install won’t happen. I then got a call from the manager to tell me someone made a mistake, passed the blame on every department in his office from parts to the warehouse to the scheduler, then told me the price would be nearly $900 if I wanted to get my window replaced. This is 11 days after I scheduled my appointment and they would need another 3-5 days to get the glass. I got bait and switched- buyer beware

  Alan, our technician, was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly and prompt, took the time to answer all of my questions, and handled our truck with great care. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing great service. Highly recommend Alan!

  The service was fine, although the technician had to come back the next to reglue a piece of molding. The number of notifications via text/email/phone call for the mobile appointment was excessive to the point of annoying. I agreed to the appointment time. One or two reminders is appropriate, not 10.

  I placed my windshield replacement at this location and had HORRIBLE troubles with them. I’m very upset with the service I got. First off after scheduling my appointment I get an email stating they offer blue air tint to help with the heat and sun rays, I emailed back asking for pricing and being I’m making my payments how do I get this offer. I never got an answer the day prior to my appointment so I called and spoke to their customer service department the lady told me that they don’t offer ANY tinting at all and the email must have been a scam. So I go in right when they open and I was unable to add that windshield however I WAS able to add the tint brow across the window. So I leave and get a text message stating my car was ready, followed by ANOTHER message stating “I’m sorry I forgot to add the tint to your window. We can get you in as soon as Thursday” I called spoke to one of the nice girls at the front desk she tells me the same thing. This location is not worth going to if you have to keep going back and forth. I placed my order for today for work reasons and now have to go back for a job they didn’t finish after I already paid for this! I’m very unhappy as this has caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. OH DONT let me forget I dropped my car off to them with 245 miles of gas in it and when I picked it up it was at 183! I understand it needs to be driven for a brief moment however that is a bit excessive.
