  The scheduling process was easy, and the appointment was completed on time. The windshield replacement and recalibration were done in one visit, and I received documentation for the recalibration. However, after the service I noticed two issues: there is a residue/spot on the windshield that I cannot remove with normal glass cleaner, and the ADAS/camera cover behind the rearview mirror does not appear to sit flush against the windshield. I have contacted Safelite and am waiting for these issues to be inspected and corrected under warranty. I will update my review after the warranty follow-up is completed.

  They damaged my 2019 tesla model 3, they didn’t do a walk out to go over what they did or say they damaged anything really bad wind sound damaged the plastic trim, messed up FSD and then proceeded to ask for a 9 or 10 rating or it affect them negatively, luckily I got a different safelite sho p in Scottsdale to fix my issues, however they know it’s common for damage at this one, and fixed all my issues, tech also said that installed it crooked

  First technician that came out, Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with called before he arrived. Walked me through every step of the process was just a Delight, It was a rainy day and he even waited for a bit to see if the rain would pass by and unfortunately didn’t so we had to reschedule and he handled all of that. A few days later technician Charlie came out was also a pleasure to work with called beforehand, walked me through the process And finished up the windshield extremely quickly he even advised he put new windshield wiper blades on due to a promotion they were running that I was unaware of. There was a little mishap with the billing and someone was able to get back to me as well as address and fix the problem fairly quickly and even provide provided me an additional discount that I was unaware of to save me even more money. From making the appointment online to having the technicians come out and communicate details to the checkout process was extremely convenient and it was the most stress-free process I’ve ever had when dealing with a car, would absolutely recommend to everyone.

  Had a horrible experience. Tech came out and didn't fix my chip correctly. I guess once someone puts resin in a repair it can't be done again, I had to read that online they didn't tell us that .we made a nother appment to get it fixed and they sent a adjuster instead to approve us getting a new windshield . My insurance said we would have to pay $750 for the deductible, I told him he should be paying that and he just kept insisting the repair was good after he just approved a new windshield. We kept arguing about it until he got rude and just ran away

  6/22/26 Two technician’s came to my residence and couldn’t get their OBD tool to connect to my vehicle and blamed my vehicle, 2025 with 9k miles. I was told to go to a dealership to get it updated or codes cleared. I did some research and spoke to the dealership and realized the 2 “technicians” were incompetent and most likely didn’t know what they’re doing. I called the Safelite shop and the gal at the front desk told me similar story. The supervisor Micah was supposed to call me but I never received a call, text or voicemail. I rolled the dice and rescheduled with a new technician. Aaron is the man and replaced the windshield in one hour with successful recalibration of the sensors too! Aaron deserves all 5 stars! Knowledgeable, friendly, and he completed the job. Safelite as a company, the supervisor, and the 2 guys on Monday deserve zero stars.
