  Lindsey is a very helpful customer service gal and adding my second vehicle was a breeze I! I'd recommend that you take very good care of her as an employee. I'd do business with her again and I will recommend others to sign up with her ❣️

  Lyndsey was absolutely amazing. She updated my new card into the system as well as giving me a new code for my car. Absolutely wonderful experience overall amazing customer service.

  Paid for a basic car wash. Said ehh, perhaps it'll be worth a membership to drop by once a week. Ordered online. There was zero information about what you need to do, at all. Absolutely nothing. Showed up, pulled into the members lane, and was then instructed to reverse into the non-members lane. The associate couldn't locate my account info, and required the credit card I used to look up the account, which is sketchy in itself. He then proceeds to try and put a huge red tag in my windshield. Uhhh, no? An RFID tag doesn't require advertising. I did not agree to have a big red RACEWAY advertisement presented in my windshield. Associate then said he can instead put a barcode in my door jam, and I'd have to pull up in the non-members lane, open my door, point it out, and have them scan it manually, when returning. Well, isn't that super convenient /sarcasm The associate was very kind, understanding, and great attitude, even when I was annoyed. But everything from receiving zero information from my online order, to needing a huge red advertisement in my window is very offputting. I'll likely be canceling and looking elsewhere.
