  This is for Derek, earning five stars is easy for him. I'd want him on my team too and he's a great leader and I knew he'd be a general manager, dude has earned it!

  Derek is always very friendly and helpful. I sign up for the monthly membership on and off as I need it and it is reasonably priced. Good location and don’t have to wait in a super long line even on weekends

  This is one of very few businesses where I am actively disdained for paying for their service. Because the attendants are so heavily commissioned on upselling and monthly memberships, when you pay for a $15 basic wash you get treated as disregarded and the service turns rude and condescending.

  As I arrived a car crash involving two vehicles crashed right before the entrance to the car wash. I saw 3 employees and 2 of them went to check on the drivers immediately while the other employee stayed at the entrance to guide the customers through the car wash. I was very pleased with their quick reaction because one of the drivers door had to really be pulled open. They called 911 and the fire department showed up as I was leaving. These 3 employees deserve some kind of recognition for their help. I just washed my car and left but this was my first visit to this location.
