  Hector assistant manager gave top notch customer service from the time I pulled my vehicle up to have it washed and waxed. Hector was so kind come to the car. Seeing I have a handicap license plate on my vehicle. He offered by coming over to assist me with washing my vehicle windows. Seeing my vehicle windows had smudge marks on them. He assisted me even farther with a complimentary upgrade after asking him about the difference between I had and your top tier washes and wax job. Hector farther explained what the difference was and also had mentioned the detailing that you offer as a company that I was not aware of. What an excellent job well done and greatly appreciated from his patience with me and from his ability to go above and beyond wanting to help and assist me. You don't find this type of customer service experience anymore like it use to be going to other business establishments. You as a customer can go anywhere to pay to get your car washed. But it's a mare few that makes the company gets notice... And with that being said, I will be looking into seeing if you offer a family plan and I will be investing in your top tier washes for my entire family as members. With service like this if you don't offer a family plan, I would look into it being included in ones marketing and strategy plan and Hector being in leadership through promotion to manager. Job well done Hector!!!

  Buyer beware. I got one carwash as this place and have been charged every month since. One car wash has ended up costing me $191.90. I was told the day that I got my single car wash that I was only paying for a month. I would have never signed up for a monthly subscription. After reading other reviews it looks like this is an ongoing issue with this company. I was able to get a copy of the receipt from their consumer service line. It looks like they have violated their contract and may have violated contract law. The fine print on the receipt states I will be charged $36.95 a month yet in June they Charged $44. There is no language in the receipt that allows for that to occur. For cancelation it states that cancelation must happen in writing yet gives no address or point of contact to send the cancelation request to. I will be contacting the Arizona Attorney Generals office and AZ family News. I am sure that the other who have fallen victim to this.

  No lavan ni secan bien. Tengo un Silverado 4x4 y la puerta de atrás sale completamente seca. Y por al rededor y vidrios bien manchados por los químicos que usan y no engua lo suficiente so la limpieza y el secado tenemos que hacerlo doble aparte las toallas de ahi me la deja peor de manchada después de aue la seco usando sus toallas so mejor llevo las mias. Mi troca es negra y se refleja mucho el mal lavado, 😔 no me gusta y estoy pagando mucho x el servicio tan pecimo hoy cancelare mi membresía. Lastima una cliente menos y lo peor insatisfecha.
