  Walking into this QT I was greeted by the young lady behind the counter, Nikki. She was really sweet, super upbeat and such a pleasant person. I ended up running into a friend and we caught up for A FEW minutes. That's when security approached. He told us we better hurry along, that we had been there long enough...hearing this, I was shocked, "Excuse me?" I asked. He replied, "Its called Quick Trip for a reason! If you don't like it, leave!" I was left speechless. I tried explaining to him what we needed when we got there, and that our friend gifted me with more funds, meaning I was able to shop extra. He said bottom line I was taking too long. Hearing this, immediately I wanted to leave not purchasing anything. But I knew if I did that I would be told something else with them thinking I was already loitering and not spending any money. So I bought a bag of chips, one item only. I was disgusted by the security man and felt very disrespected by him. I hope he gets some proper training on how to communicate with others. Not just customers, but human beings in general. QT should not hire anyone that's not qualified for their position. Thankfully, the worker, Nikki, explained to me more how the system works saying the cameras are viewed by corporate and when seen inside for too long, it triggers a call to local PD (police department) causing them to arrive. The worker was very kind and patient, most importantly she was sincere with her apology and explanations to me. She deserves a job well done 👏 and promotion!! Security man working Graves needs to be retrained. She is the reason I'm giving 2 stars.

  For some absurd reason the bathrooms are not 24-hour. It's not even 10 PM. They have guards claiming they've been like this for years, which is a patented lie. I've been around here enough times to know that's not true.

  I go into the store at 1020pm, planning on getting 50 in gas and snack, but I needed to use restroom first. Tell me why they are closed? Why are you paying security money and bathrooms closed. Don’t ever visit this location. And I went in the store it was 3 ppl, cashier, security, and cashier. This is unacceptable business practice.
