Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. Although the person who took all my information, pictures of the damage, etc, and opened their internal system claim was very courteous, and I received confirmation the claim was being processed, after a WEEK waiting and driving with my damaged windshield - which crack grew exponentially and got to cross the whole windshield horizontally - I called Customer Service and was told the manager at that location was the one who would have to make a decision on approving the replacement cost. 4 days later I received a standard ready-to-use message saying my claim was NOT approved and they had inspected their gear etc which had no prove the damage occurred there. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OUTCOME AND DECISION AND THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED WHICH DISREGARDED MY CLAIM AS IF I WERE LYING ABOUT IT!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place and honestly don’t think Quick Quack policy meets any consumer consideration for when claims are submitted like mine. They just defer back to the franchisee and don’t care about their brand damage for a loyal client like me (had been a customer for several years. NOT ANY MORE)!!!

Over the course of 6 weeks, i went there once a week at different times and he was never there. I got a number to the corporate offices, called 5 times over 4 weeks with no return call. This was after telling me they would escalate it to upper management. Still no luck. I had it repaired and gave them a copy of the reciept fot $143. Not even a phone call. DONT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!

Our car wash is fast, clean, easy and convenient. A Team Member will greet you and guide you onto the conveyor. Once in position, shift into neutral, remove your foot from the brake and take your hands off the wheel. Your vehicle is safely and automatically pulled through multiple cleaning stages—including eco-friendly soaps, rinses, shine and drying—all in 3 minutes or less.

No. Our innovative wash technology is safe and effective. We use gentle hand cut soft cloth wraps and pH-balanced soaps designed to protect your car’s finish while effectively removing dirt and grime. And our friendly Team Members are happy to assist you at anytime during your car wash experience.
Are there any vehicle or accessory restrictions?
Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
