  Ive had nothing but good experiences with the staff and equipment but unfortunately today i had to cancel my membership. They charged me a single wash instead of updating my membership and i was told they couldnt refund me. When i called the 1888 number to refund me and solve the issue i was also told that they couldnt refund me. I dont play with people who play with my money. Just know what youre signing up for. It will be more affordable to buy a vacuum on amazon

  Employees are pushy with the monthly plan. I chose a single wash, of the middle tier “lucky duck” wash. This was probably the most fragranced car wash I’ve ever been through, and my car still smells strongly of cheap fragrance an hour after (inside). Not to mention I had to re clean my side mirrors because they were dirtier than when I entered. Several smudges also left on the body. Never coming back.
