  Decent wash but the brushes were so rough they partially ripped out the trim on by cross bars and completely ripped out two of the end caps. Hasn't happened in 4 years of washing this car elsewhere and had to spend more than the wash to replace the caps.

  Disrespectful people. I accidentally drove up past the service station because I didn’t see anyone there, and saw several employees sitting away from it closer to the start of the car wash. I slowly drove up one of the guys and rolled my windows down to ask and he just whistled and pointed back. I started driving back and then he just said “stop, no point going back bro, just pay here.” Before taking my card he made a sarcastic comment about “we don’t do free car washes” as if me slowly driving up to him and rolling down my windows to talk to him was somehow me trying to sneak by. Price was decent though.

  The WORST Customer Service. The carwash machine ripped a chrome trim piece off of my mirror, which had no "pre-existing condition". Manager cheerfully pointed to their list of "We are Not Responsible" items and told me to get lost basically - "You wash here at your own risk" is what I was told. Well if that's the case GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I didn't even ask for payment for the repair, just a couple of free washes maybe (which would have cost them nothing), but they wouldn't even do that.

  Paid $50 for platinum and they spent 15 minutes in my car and missed a lot. They didn’t vaccuum everything, I can tell they didn’t wipe a single thing on my seats, and my cup holder and other console places are still dirty. I could have just done it myself and saved the money. Disappointing…
