  I had an amazing experience with Matthew Clark at Penske. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my truck. Even though I already have my Class B CDL, Matthew still took the time to show me exactly how to operate the liftgate and made sure I understood what every switch and control in the truck was supposed to do. What really stood out to me was that he did all of this in 103-degree weather and never rushed me or made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He made sure all of my questions were answered and that I knew exactly what I was doing before I left. He even took the time to take my picture with my truck so I could capture the moment of purchasing my very first truck. That may seem like a small gesture, but for me it was a big moment and something I’ll always remember. Buying my first truck was a huge accomplishment for me, and having someone like Mat there to make the experience even better meant a lot. Customer service truly doesn’t get any better than that. Penske definitely has a great employee in Mat. I highly recommend him and truly appreciate everything he did to make this experience special!
