  National Car Rental provided outstanding service. I accidentally left my wallet behind, and the team went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to me. Their communication was clear, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. It is rare to experience that level of care and accountability, and I truly appreciate the effort they put in to help resolve the situation. I would absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable service and honest, helpful staff.

  Five stars for y'all thanks to Keanu .. he really helped me out when nobody else wanted to help me he took care of my situation with ease and trusted in me because I'm a known member always renting from y'all spending my money you almost lost a customer but he took care of me and made sure I wouldn't walk away..he made me feel comfortable again when other people didn't.. They wanted to take me out my rental when my license wasn't even expired yet they wanted to make me walk and tell me go get my ID I told him I left it but I had my ID that didn't expire until the 22nd on me but yet they wanted to take me out my rental.. I'm a member and I felt like I shouldn't be treated like that I told him it was at my spot and I could easily go grab it and bring it back that next day.. he believed we worked it out and took care of me.. I came back the next day just like I said and brought my newer updated ID up.. Progressive understanding and trusting me made it all good and everything got fixed and everything is good now thanks to Keanu... Thanks again Bro my services are staying with national because of you!!!

  I rented from National for a quick trip to the Grand Canyon. I love being able to choose my own car and not have to stop at the counter when you are an Emerald rewards member. This trip I had excellent service, Gloria shared her birthday with me while she sang and danced to her music and checked the car out at the exit. At Sky Harbor you always get the directions to turn right but keep left to exit. Good advice otherwise you immediately return the car, which I have done in the past *sigh*. When I returned the car Billy did a great job signaling me to the correct return lane, checking the car and inquiring about my trip. He also made sure I knew where to go to get back to the airport. Overall National made my trip easy. I love that they give you a business card in case you need help after you leave and that they send you information digitally along the way, like verifying your return date, time and location. All this makes you feel supported as a customer.

  There was an incredibly rude older female employee at the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport who stopped us before we were going to pick up our reserved car. She wasn’t pleasant nor did she greet us, she essentially charged at us and demanded to know if we were emerald club members or not. I was so taken back and didn’t know how to respond to such an aggressive confrontation from an employee. Essentially, she just tried to herd us like cattle among the waiting line ropes. It’s unfortunate because I’ve not experienced this at any other rental car service. I’m sure that the other Services are just fine, but this was definitely a very poor first experience With national. I’d be interested in being a customer at one of the other Services next time because this was such a poor customer experience.

  Best car rental experience ever! I booked the car for 48 hours. Tried to fill the gas at the station before returning it, as it was half empty. I and another customer looked for 10 minutes to find the gas cap release- no luck. Checked the manual- no luck finding. I returned it half full and the gentleman acknowledged that it's a 'very common problem with Outlanders'. The gas release was a tiny lever sticking out of the floor by the seat lever! Never would have found it. The National rep said it was no problem and comped the gas for me due to the inconvenience. AMAZING! Smooth pickup as well. Thank you National!!
