- KAKylee ArndtMay 25, 20245.0I took my car in for a check engine light, and it turned out to just be a loose wire. They didn't charge me for the part (like other shops might have) or taking the time to look into it for me, gave a Lyft ride, and were literally the kindest people ever. If you want to be respected and work with nice people, this is the place to go! Thanks Miranda and team!
- MHMona HornApr 17, 20221.0Please don't use this shop $450 later my car still is fixed. Barely made it back to my house If I could they would get zero star. They said they worked on hybrid but they don't have a clue. Took my car there on a Monday didn't find out until Friday they couldn't fix. Charged $190 for a battery didn't fix the issue. When I would call to see the progress staff was rube accept Kimberly. They would tech. Is still diagnosing so after 4 days of supposedly diagnosing Kimberly calls Friday to get approval for an hour of diagnosing which was another $200. Call that evening and then was told they can't fix my car. I wasted $450 and I am not any better off than when I took my car there.
