A few weeks ago, I went in for an oil change; there were three employees standing around chatting amongst themselves, and they never attended to me, so I just left. Yesterday, my son went in for an oil change, and they refused to honor a coupon that they normally always accept for us. I will never go back there again.

The manager and assistant manager are top of the line and communicate any problems or potential problems, never high pressure but trustworthy.
