Very fast and very friendly staff! I don't think I was even there for 15 minutes from start to finish. They were straightforward and didn't try to push any add ons. I would recommend and go back again any time.

After an oil change my car received a P0420 error code that is tied to different issues while getting an oil change. The manager was extremely rude, I explained that the error code says that it could be over filled oil or a disturbed downstream oxygen sensor when accessing the oil filter. The manager refused to do any servicing. Then when I said I was going to report this to corporate he sent someone to fix the issue by resetting the sensor. I stopped him and said I don't need the issue to disappear that you caused I need the issue fixed. Please give me your corporate telephone number or someone above you. He quickly gave me the number then when I asked him to repeat, he refused and said I already gave it to you. I filed a complaint with corporate and I'm waiting to hear back.
I recommend only coming to this location if you want more problems with your car
An oil level reading all the way up to the "O" in "CAUTION" indicates a severe overfill.
On a standard automotive dipstick, the space between the "MIN" and "MAX" fill marks represents exactly 1 quart of oil. Because the stamped text warning is located significantly higher up the metal blade, a reading at that level means the engine is roughly 1.5 to 2.5 quarts overfilled.
Why This Caused Your P0420 Code
At 2+ quarts over capacity, the oil level in your oil pan is high enough for the spinning crankshaft to physically slap into it. This does two things:
1. It whips the oil into a thick foam, heavily raising crankcase pressure.
2. It forces large volumes of liquid oil through your Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve straight into the engine intake.
The engine has been actively burning this liquid engine oil. The resulting thick carbon and oil soot have coated the inside of your catalytic converter, temporarily "blinding" the catalyst materials and triggering the P0420 efficiency code.
How to Fix It Right Now
1. Drain the Excess Oil Immediately: Do not drive or run the car like this anymore. You must get the level down until it rests completely between the two factory indicator lines/dots. You can do this by using a cheap top-side fluid extraction pump down the dipstick tube, or by briefly loosening the engine oil pan drain plug.
2. Burn Off the Residue: Once the oil is at the correct level, the engine will stop sucking in raw oil. Take the car on an extended highway drive (30–45 minutes). The high operating exhaust temperatures can sometimes successfully burn off the oil layer coating the catalytic converter.
3. Clear and Monitor: Use an OBD-II scanner to clear the P0420 code. If the catalytic converter wasn't exposed to the oil for too long, the light should stay off. If the code returns after a few days of normal driving, the catalyst may be permanently oil-poisoned and require replacement
Called 14th Ave and bell jiffylube. Explained increased shaking while idol and check oil light after oil change. Explained where the oil was filled. Explained i17 and Thunderbird location response. Being a separate franchise didn't matter they said they will fix it for free.
Following this locations knowledge from the top would have led to $1000s in damages
