Employees that represent your interlock system blatantly lie to people‘s faces it took for me to get to an English speaking representative for them to tell me that what the previous representative have been telling me was not true at all, and gave me the correct information. Whoever is managing these employees needs to do their due diligence On making sure that their employees know about their and talks a lot system and guidelines.
