The breathalyzer is so sensitive I could use any soap in my hands or spray in car. When I called to talk to someone in the company they all spoke with such thick accents I could barely understand them. I would get lockouts for nothing and it costed 115 dollars. I got some two days in a row and I was not drinking at all. I also went through batteries like crazy 4 batteries in a year. I worked remotely and didn’t drive as much and it drained them quickly!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Even if you are pulling into your driveway you have to blow unless it will record as a missed test. With todays technology, you think they would make amore efficient device Updating because they read this and a nice guy named Isias called to give feedback and made an adjustment to my account They really know how to gouge you with their product and service. The rep on the phone also provided false info regarding my D/L. The breathing videos aren't very helpful and the rolling retest comes sometimes every five minutes. I get dizzy from having to blow so hard into the device
