Additionally, they never secured the skid plate which now is damaged. I called and spoke to the Manager, who now will not answer my calls. The trust in Grease Monkey, especially THIS LOCATION is gone. I hope I don't have to drive back to Phoenix (from CO) to get this cleared up...my now damaged engine may not make it!
