- DKDenise KJun 4, 20261.0Just found out that they didn't finish the oil change they started during our last service. No oil filter was replaced! Additionally, they never secured the skid plate which now is damaged. I called and spoke to the Manager, who now will not answer my calls. The trust in Grease Monkey, especially THIS LOCATION is gone. I hope I don't have to drive back to Phoenix (from CO) to get this cleared up...my now damaged engine may not make it!
