  Great service! Before I could even park, the guy was at my door ready to help. They were very friendly, communicative & decently priced for an oil change. They didn’t try upselling or trying to convince me to get anything else changed that wasn’t necessary

  Rotated backs to front on a Euro car which caused tires to rub against struts. Luckily, we were able to pinpoint the issue and get it fixed before it became anything serious.

  Made reservations online to have my oil changed. Show up for my appointment only to find out they don’t have enough oil for my car. Really? I made an appointment so they should be anticipating what my car needs for the service. To ensure my cars oil change remained on its service interval, I ended up WALKING to the auto parts store and purchasing oil to be put into my car. Although the price was adjusted as a result.Then the crew at Grease Monkey Overfilled the oil in my engine as noted by my car’s service computer. To say I’m unimpressed is an understatement.

  I use to have two vehicles serviced here. Today I tried to bring in a new to me vehicle. And the light skin tech who I've never seen before gave me the worst attitude for no reason. And asking questions and answering with a snarky attitude. I decided to leave without receiving services. I told the guy that his vibe was so off with me that id be going some where else. That's never happened to me here. And it's unfortunate because I drive aways from here just to get service. Not any more... I don't want service from a company that's made me feel unwelcome. What happened to you guys.
