  Grease Monkey on Bell Road has an amazing crew, talented mechanics and they are honest. Whatever is wrong they find it, fix it correctly and always for less than I expected. Seriously love this place. No need to look anywhere else.

  Ive brought my car here for my last 4 oil changes & plan to stay. Their thorough & have me in & out in less than a 30 mins. Price is always what it should be, & service is great!

  The techs didn’t put the aluminum engine cover back on my car properly and it popped off while I was driving. Very unhappy about it.

  I've been going to grease monkey for years now. I will never go back to this location. The have no integrity from the so called person who claimed to be the area manager down. For starter they told me they checked my cabin filter and claimed its good. I personally took my cabin filter out months ago. So how is a missing filter checked good? I asked about it and the person behind the counter claim his manager check it so I asked him and he blamed it on one of his guys. When i talked to the guy who claimed to be the area manager he claimed they forgot to put the note that they dont check my cabin filter because how long it take to check it. They said I denied for them to check my tire pressure but my tire pressure was 33 before I came in and when i left it was 37 on driver side and 34 on passenger side. So if i denied the pressure check why would they change my tire pressure and lie about it. What else do the say they check and not actually check? Oh there is more... when I got home I went under my truck and they didnt change my oil filter as well. They literally dumped and pumped my oil and cleaned my windows and messed up my tire pressures. The so called leadership at this location have NO integrity. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!
