Excellent service, professional. Being an older female, I felt they took their time to ensure I understood the issue with my car. I’ve used their services multiple times and will continue to use their services going forward.

They performed an unauthorized repair on My vehicle called me and told me how much it was and that it has been previously approved by Extended Warranty plans. Only to find out that it wasn’t covered because of my mileage. They then wanted to take the part out of my car and however, way I get it home, I get it home. I ended up paying $350 for an unauthorized repair, 250That I could’ve got cheaper elsewhere. SMH!!!!

They have normally been amazing! I've always went here they get the job done very fast and arent usually backed up due to how quickly they get things done. Here is my one GIANT problem. I dropped my truck off to get oil changes, I came in and specifically told them I had to get to work soon, please dont do extra checks. I was told by an employee to make sure I said these things so I could get in and out. They never asked me what "package" of oil change i wanted. So since it was my new truck they didnt know ive already been there before so when I came to pick it up they gave me the most expensive package with all the checks I didnt want. This is the first time ive seen them do greedy work..

Walked in at 7:59, said “Good morning, gentlemen,” and the guy at the front immediately responds with, “Well, we aren’t even open yet.” Fair enough. I turned around, walked back outside, and waited less than one minute until 8:00. I walk back in and, rather than just letting it go, he tells me, “I’m not on the clock, so I don’t have to be polite,” explained that the way I came in at 7:59 was rude. The other guy was cool though, he was happy to help…
