  Has to be one of the worse locations in the country. People act like this is the only truck stop for 100 miles., never any parking not even paid, stays full days at a time, fuel lanes might have u stuck for 30+ mins, shower always has line (line does move pretty quick) 16 in line I got in less than an hr, just a mad house here I wouldn’t recommend it I’m only here because my delivery was down the street I was exhausted frm night driving which I don’t do so I came parked on the street for my reset

  Flying j phoniex Not care about truck driver today is morning time 5:30 am and coffee section have not whole milk no half and half we should boycott that type. Non serious business we come there with needs and hope and most time we not not find our basic needs shame on operational manager

  You’ve hired very lazy and rude security guards. I pay $25 for parking, yet I have to wait an hour while your guard chats with everyone and kills time for his own amusement, all while we—exhausted drivers—are waiting for the parking space we paid for. It’s time for you to replace them with guards who actually know how to do their job.

  This is another one of the busy stops,but it has a lot of free parand prime parking as well. The bathroom is clean considering it has a lot of traffic all the time. There is a Dennys, a barbershop, and a nice size lounge. There are 15 shower but today there were like 34 people in line. Since it is a big stop and has a lot of traffic the showers are mostly busy. The staff was very helpful and friendly even the ones at the night shift. I arrat 3 in the morning but they were still friendly and had a smile.

  Came here for a shower. Had to wait hours, but that didn't bother me. What does bother me is being verbally accosted by a security guard here when he joked racing me to the showers while I use a cane. I walk with a cane because I've had my shoulder, hip, tibia, wrist, and forearm shattered. Half those injuries are from being assaulted in Lake Havasu, Az. When I made the comment "haha funny" to his facsist comment, he responded with "oh you're one of those" and slipped away. This world is upside down when a security guard, who is meant to maintain the peace, jokes about disability. I won't be returning to this truck stop or any other with the name Flying J or Pilot.
