  This place became absolutely horrible place, service , parking, people working there horrible. security needs to go back to school and get education! . All these people working here thinking that they are better than truck drivers . 😭😵‍💫😑😆

  This travel center they have shower problem ,you waiting shower your numbers to call then they put fake number , for example your number 200 they put fake 175, 176 before your number u have to wait whole day Then you have cancel and leave

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with the security guard at this Pilot Travel Center. While waiting for a "to-go" order from Denny's, I was simply walking around the store and looking at the merchandise to move a bit and stretch my legs. I am a truck driver who spends hours behind the wheel, so this is a perfectly normal thing for me to do. Even though I wasn't behaving suspiciously, the security guard treated me as if I were a shoplifter, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. He was also disrespectful, telling me I wasn't allowed to leave the restaurant area and had to wait right there. Treating paying customers this way is rude and completely unprofessional. Apparently, you have to be careful even when just browsing the aisles here, as you might find yourself being treated like a criminal for no reason.

  Date: September 29, 2026, Time: 10:08 PM. I am very disappointed with my experience at this Pilot station. The parking fee increased from $18 to $25, and I’d like to know the reason for this increase. But even more concerning was the way a security guard approached my truck. He hit my truck door extremely hard, which scared me and made me feel as though I was being treated with disrespect. I understand that security personnel have a job to do, but there is a professional and respectful way to approach a driver. Hitting someone’s truck aggressively is unnecessary and can feel intimidating and insulting. Is there management or responsible authority monitoring how professional truck drivers are being treated at this location? I am asking Pilot management to look into this incident and explain why this type of behavior is considered acceptable. Truck drivers deserve to be treated with basic respect, just like any other customer.

  Even though I have the right to shower, the system says I need to purchase a shower. I haven't showered at all today, and it says I've used up my daily allowance. There's a mistake in your system. Don't be so greedy.
