    Rented a large suv for a family trip. On a rest stop, I saw a large gouge on one of the rear tires. I called roadside but could not connect with someone ( this was at 6am Sunday ). We found a small tire shop who pulled down the spare but found out it was just a temporary tire. I paid for a new tire out of pocket since we were just starting our trip - luckily they have one in stock - and also prioritizing safety so we can move on. Fast forward a week, I brought the car back to return. Without expecting anything, I informed Matt about my experience and after asking for the receipt and with no hesitation, he immediately said they will deduct the full cost of the replacement tire from the final total PLUS took one day off of the rental to compensate for the inconvenience! It is refreshing to see businesses still prioritizing customer service. I will definitely rent here again. Thank you to all the staff in this location!

    I have to commend the customer service at this location. I needed some mobility assists on the vehicle I was renting due to someone backing into my vehicle. The order for my rental vehicle was totally messed up: the vehicle not only was not ready and not delivered to the Deer Valley Enterprise, but we ended up having to go to the airport to pick it up. Plus it was not the vehicle type I ordered. All of this took several hours. Matthew and Tanner were very helpful, courteous and understanding, willing to do whatever it took to make it right. And Matthew stayed with me all the way through the ordeal, ensuring I was comfortable with the car. I would also like to mention the shuttle driver was exceptional as well. This office is one of the best local locations I have dealt with in terms of customer service, responsiveness and cleanliness.

    Renters beware!!! I've been a long time loyal customer of Enterprise and I've rented thousands of cars over the years. I've never encountered a situation like we did at this location. My son was in an auto accident and the insurance company set him up through enterprise for a replacement vehicle while damages were being assessed. He drove the rental vehicle for a couple of months due to the length of time it was taking at the body shop. The rental car ran fine the entire time he drove it, according to him. After returning the car, several days later, he was contacted by someone at this branch stating that there was damage to the "undercarriage". My first request - I asked for TIME STAMPED photos showing that these images were in fact taken of that particular vehicle at the date of return. Some type of proof that the images were, in fact, of this vehicle. We have yet to receive any verifiable documentation that the images provided were from that vehicle at return. When asked if my son had had the opportunity to inspect the undercarriage upon renting the car, the answer was no (of course - no one ever inspects the undercarriage of a car). When asked if my son and the agent together had inspected the undercarriage of the car upon return, again, the answer was no (Of course not). I contacted the branch by phone, asking to speak with the manager, and my call was never returned. Enterprise has NEVER provided any proof that the damages to the undercarriage that they submitted for loss occurred during the time my son was driving the car or was even of that car. Grainy, close up pictures of some random engine part aren't proof. Those damages could have been there long before he took possession of the car - who would know? But they saw a young man, renting a car for the first time, and they took advantage of him. Unfortunately, I live in a different state so I couldn't return to the center and get an inspection in person. From now on, when renting a car from Enterprise, demand an inspection report of the undercarriage/engine of the car that is signed off on prior to taking possession of the vehicle. When these guys do their little official "walk around the car looking for scratches" BS, I would demand a visual inspection of the underside of the car and inside the engine. Don't let them get away with this scam. Who knows what kind of damage you're going to be buying upon returning the car unless you have had the opportunity to inspect EVERY aspect of the car. They'll scam you by providing pictures (likely of some random car engine) saying that you caused the damage and you have no recourse unless you want to hire an attorney. And if you sign the rental agreement without demanding a FULL car inspection AND taking pictures of the vehicle exterior, interior, engine, undercarriage, then you're screwed. Do NOT drive off the lot without making them inspect every aspect of the car with you present, camera in hand. They've lost my business for good and I'm telling everyone I know that travels to avoid them at all costs. Shame on Enterprise for dodgy business practices.

    This was a very fast easy hassle-free Car Rental process. I did it all online. when I arrived, I just had to show my ID, and my proof of insurance, and we were on our way within about 15 minutes. We ended up only needing the car 2 days instead of 3, because one of our events we had in our plans was canceled. They refunded us no problem our deposit, plus the extra day that we were not going to be using the car. I recommend Enterprise rental car to anybody looking to rent a vehicle with a fast easy hassle-free process

    I’ve been renting cars from Enterprise since the mid 80s. I have never had a problem. This one started out bad and ended even worse. To begin with I made a reservation when I got to the office. They did not have a car available for me. They offered to downgrade me at the same rate if I wanted to take the smaller car I said no they said OK we’ll have a car for you in about an hour and they did The car that they had I drove home I went to go to an appointment. Couple of hours later in the car would barely run. I called up the Roadside assistance they sent a tow truck took the car and promised there would be another car available for me at a local office, all I had to do was go pick it up. Guess what? No car …. So I called and they promised to have a car for me by 5:30 PM when I got back to the office mooching a ride from a neighbor to get there guess what no car but they told me if I wanted to drive 40 minutes to the airport that there would be a car there for me well at this point I just went home the next morning I couldn’t go to work cause I didn’t have a car I started calling Enterprise corporate office to try to get some resolution after six hours on the phone multiple phone calls guess what no car Finally, I told them forget it. I don’t want the car unwind the credit card and I’ll just find other place to get a car. My vehicle is in the shop right now. Well that’s my story 40 years of renting cars from a company one of the largest rental car companies in the world and yet they can’t even straighten out a simple situation like this and I get to jump through hoops, miss appointments and miss work. This company has zero regard for their customers and the situations they put them in I wish I was exaggerating about this whole thing, but I’m not this is the most ridiculous situation I’ve ever been in with a large company, but it only goes to show these big companies have no loyalty to customers anymore and they couldn’t give a rats Happy, whether or not you get the product that you were promised remember that
