  Recently rented a vehicle for a out of state trip 32+ hour drive just wanted to say that the guys here made sure that I felt comfortable along my road trip and that my needs were met highly recommend this place.The gentleman here do great customer service and are there for you as you drive 100s of miles away they don't just have you the keys and forget about you.Thank you feel like family not many rental places I could say the same a++ service thx team enterprise , dear valley!!! We're on back in town.I need a car.This is definitely where I'll be going

  Very disappointed with the customer service at this Enterprise branch. The managers, Tanner and Mathew, were extremely unhelpful and rude throughout the entire process. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they kept giving us dead-end solutions and phone numbers that were either out of service or departments that were already closed. What made the experience even worse was that they were communicating with someone through email and allowing that person to decide whether or not they would rent to my spouse based off text messages, which felt very unprofessional and unfair. Customer service should involve actually helping customers find solutions, not brushing them off and making the situation more frustrating. Management at this location seriously needs better training on professionalism, communication, and customer care. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and attorney generals office and corporate

  In my opinion this is the best enterprise in Phoenix. Very customer oriented, the employees are professional and they get you going without a long wait

  One star is too high a rating that this management trainee store. Half a dozen chickens running around without their heads! Waited 15-25 minutes for my reserved car to be cleaned and washed while being the only customer in sight. Totally unacceptable! Place is over stocked with young bucks but has no experienced clerk to do the actual work.

  I showed up with maybe 20 minutes until close to rent a car because mine ended up at the mechanic and was met with nothing but kindness and patience. Clearly this location is BUSY, the parking lot was a little chaotic but inside the guys were just focused on taking care of each customer and giving the best service they could. Normally when places are busy and almost closed employees can be grumpy but not here. At drop off and pick up everyone was genuinely nice and helpful. The car I got had a bit of a funky smell to it and they offered to swap it but I declined because I wanted to get home and only was going to have it for a day. They ended up giving me a discount which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. Highly reccomend this location! I hope not to need abother rental any time soon but if I do, I will be back here.
