Thanks Enterprise team for making my life hassle free. Had a car accident and was down my truck for about two weeks. The team made it so easy for me and got me into a very nice vehicle within minutes. When I returned the vehicle they made it so effortless for me and even took me to where my truck was. Such nice people! Thank you team!

Booked reservation. Took a lyft 15 miles to get the car Once I arrived they had no cars and could not help me. Even though you can see cars in lot. Enterprise lost my business.

My husband and I were treated with utmost respect, kindness, willingness to help and professionalism were all on point, they were all awesome, Zachary, Michael and Brett, gave us military discount to honor my husband's service to this country and went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and they didn't put us in an ugly car. We are extremely grateful and will continue to do business with Enterprise Rental as we have in the past. Thank you!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Jazmine C. at the Enterprise Central Phoenix location on N. 7th Street! I called ahead because I had to be at work by a certain time, and Jazmine was incredibly understanding and considerate of my schedule. From the moment I arrived, she made sure I was taken care of right away. I was in and out in literally less than 20 minutes! She was extremely professional, kind, and efficient. She explained everything I needed to know, made sure all of my receipts and information were sent to me, and even got me into a vehicle that was comparable to my own, which made the entire experience so much more comfortable. I also want to recognize the rest of the team working with her that day. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything I needed. What could have easily been a stressful experience while dealing with getting my own vehicle repaired was made incredibly easy. The level of customer service I received definitely solidified my decision to choose Enterprise for my rental. Thank you, Jazmine and team, for taking such great care of me! Highly recommend this location! ❤️
