Joshua provided great service with showing me the car, explaining the options and answered all my questions. Did not feel rushed even though it was busy. When I altered my stay he was very accommodating. Very positive experience and I would absolutely rent from them again.

- JNJose Najera4 days ago5.0This was my first time renting a car in here, started with a wait, but customer service was excellent from everyone there, giving me an update about the rental, i did understand that they did everything possible to get my rental fast, Joshua i think is the representative who take care of me, his customer service skills are amazing, I will recommend them if you need any rentals, thank you Joshua for everything before, during and after the rental, great customer service
- TPTristan PatrickAug 17, 20261.0Be careful with this location. When returning my car, they attempted to file a claim against my insurance over what they called a “scratch”. I called the original location where I rented from and thankfully they took care of it. They were equally confused why this location would attempt to file a claim over what he said would be $20 buffer job at most.
- NSNicole StroopAug 14, 20261.0Warning!!! Do not rent a vehicle from this location and if you do make sure to take up close fully detailed photos because they will hustle you out of your deposit! I was accused of a dent that was clearly there before I got the vehicle in between door crack to be exact! If I could give zero stars I would!!! Don’t trust Josh or Evan and please take your own pictures!!!
