- DCD Ctoday1.0I rented a car and the company held $722.56 until I returned the car. Tell me why I returned the car and the 722.56 hold they processed the charge of 422.56 and started the $300 hold deposit back to me. Seems correct right? Then minutes later they charged my credit card for an entire separate charge of $422.56 wrongfully. I had to call the support line who blamed the branch and refunded the amount. I have over $722.56 on hold for 3 business days due to this negligence. They need proper training. I called the branch manager who denied it and claimed he didn't see the issue on his end. I added screenshot as proof. Be careful at this location and check your credit cards. I paid upon pickup hence the hold. All they were supposed to do was refund my $300 deposit but instead they refunded the $300 deposit and then proceeded to charge my card again for another $422.56 which was already taken out of the $722.56.
