  Outstanding experience from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Dylan for going above and beyond. Not only did he make the rental process quick and easy, but he also generously gave me a ride to the Kia dealership when I needed to get there. That simple act of kindness saved me time and took a lot of stress out of an already difficult situation. Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly, and the rental vehicle was clean and exactly what I needed while my Kia was being repaired. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Dylan, and the entire Enterprise team, for making a stressful situation so much easier.

  I thought this was a decent place for my car rental that my insurance covered. Pretty quick In and Out only spent like 30 minutes there. The young hispanic guy working there was very helpful and friendly.

  I was told I would receive an ASAP pickup, yet I waited over three hours without any communication or update. When I finally called to check on the status, the representative's response was essentially, "Oh yeah, let me see what I have," followed by, "Now I have something available." This left me questioning whether my request had simply been forgotten. It certainly did not feel like I was treated as a priority customer, despite being told I was first in line for a vehicle. Additionally, I am very confused by being charged tax on this rental. I have gone through insurance-covered rentals several times in the past and have never been charged taxes in this manner. Since the rental is being paid through my insurance claim, I would appreciate a clear explanation as to why I am being billed for taxes on a vehicle that I am not personally renting out-of-pocket. Overall, the lack of communication regarding the pickup and the unexpected charges made this a frustrating experience.
