  A special thanks to Josh and Logan for an amazing experience. Ive rented many cars in my career and rarely have I been shown the great energy, professionalism, and communication skills of these two young men! I observed excellent teamwork, collaboration, and a genuine responsibility for their customer's experience! Well done! You are now my go to for all rental car needs in the future! And there will be many!

  I would like to express my gratitude to 2 amazing employees at the Enterprise Rent-A-Cat Bell Road location.Josh Ruiz and Logan Jacobs turned our frown upside down .Our car ended up at the body shop and we were forced to walk down the road looking for a rental car. Josh and Logan welcomed us with a smile and made the rental process easy. We left with smiles on our faces. It was very nice to go to an establishment that prioritize customer service and hire employees who are professional and friendly. Thank you guys. We truly appreciated your service and we are coming back on Friday to get another rental from you. Kat and Phil

  Staff were friendly at pickup and drop off. Will say only drawback was that it was busy the day I picked up and the car was not cleaned and had 3/4 tank of gas as there was no time to turn it around— though I would have waited. Otherwise was good and will use them again
